No Receit given to me when I asked; Mark trying to sell me garage door policies at $600.and $800.or more! Said I have no warranty for $225. work! Taking advantage of a Senior Citizen which I will report! I had a new overhead system put in less than 2 years ago and now just paid $225. without a warranty!

My old door mechanics were very noisy and the door opener wasn't working well. I had the roller and springs replaced and bought new openers, I didn't need a new door. Service was timely and efficient. I just open and shut the garage door and listen to the quiet. Great!

Called for an appointment and within an hour of my initial call, Technician Jose arrived.. He was extremely professional and friendly and very thorough in explaining the problem. I was in a fix and needed help ASAP. I had called around and got a call back from Precision and really lucked out as the gentleman said he had a tech who had just finished a job and could be at my place in about 20 min. I don't get these kinds of breaks, this made my day as I was unable to leave my house, the garage door would not even close. Jose explained things to me gave me options, I chose and he did a wonderful job and left his work site clean. I recommend this company and Jose. Keep up the good work.

Same-day service was delivered in a timely way. Mark, the repair person, called ahead to let me know he was on the way and gave me an approximate (and accurate) arrival time. He was courteous and provided me with quotes before proceeding with the repair.

Mark was a very conscientious individual who methodically reviewed the entire operation of the garage door inluding the sensors, wiring, roller wheels, bearings etc. Mark made his recommendations in order to have a lasting repair for many years to come. Bill was informative and helpful besides being honest and a nice guy. He did the evaluation and I believe Mark will come out tomorrow to correct the installation he did of the new door. It is an inch too narrow and is letting in spiders, hot air, etc. The remote also quit working which is apparently a factory issue that perhaps should be communicated to any customers that have the product as you can. All in All I will use you again and recommend you too!

Bill called prior to arrival with an accurate time frame. Arrived on-time. Very friendly and personable. Accurately diagnosed problem within minutes. While the part required had to be requisitioned from another vehicle for next day repair, Bill worked with my schedule and, once again, arrived on-time. I purchased a $1,100 garage door opener, installed 4/5/14. Last night it became stuck open. I called today 4/20 to have it repaired. I was told a technician would come out between 2-4pm. At 4p, I called again because no technician arrived. Customer Service rep tried to reach technician but not answer. She then tried to reach a manager or other technician but not answer. Now I have an 8a-12p appointment tomorrow. I have to stay home from work to wait for technician. I had to stay home from Easter at brother's today because I did not want my washer/dryer stolen from my open garage. Sure hope technician shows up!!!!

First, I appreciated the professionalism of the appointment process, including the confirmation email with picture of technician. Second, Lance was very professional as well as courteous and thorough. I needed an emergency garage door opener replacement. He explained options, comparing to my old, existing system to his recommendation that has lifetime warranty. He confidently installed the system, making sure to replace old wiring.
