Amazing service! I called and had a technician here within 2 hours and he completed the job perfectly / even on a Sunday. I would recommend PRECISION for any/all repairs or installations.

Sales Rep/Technicians and Admin just want to upsell and have not much concern about the safety of their customers. I called main office and told that my garage door is falling apart and not safe. Toi Green told me that someone will come and fix the door before they will replace it once the product will arrive but I have not heard from her anymore and did not returned back my calls as she promised. I was told by the initial sales person/Technician that my new garage will arrive within 3 weeks that is why I ordered the expensive garage after upselling me with better quality product but in reality it will not be delivered for more than 4 weeks. FYI, I called for a repair because I have the warranty from previous services from this company but I was sold the "upgraded" whole garage door assembly instead (door, motor, belt, spring, etc) Services NOT recommended.

The service guys that came to my place were good. However, they up sold me a number of items and I ended up paying hundreds more than I would have had i gone with someone else. Although the work Jimmy and Johnny was good, I wouldn't recommend this company or use their services again.

I am sorry that you feel after the fact that it is not worth it. However, the option you chose provides you an excellent warranty that I hope you will appreciate should you need it in the future.

5 Stars. Mark called us with his ETA, which we really appreciated. He is polite, and answered all our questions. He did a splendid job! He also saved us from having to hire an electrician, which we were so happy about. As far as the website, the first thing that got me to open the link on Google was your name. People like precision. when one is looking for a garage door repair man look no further, Jose was outstanding from start to finish as he provided fantastic customer service.. he has done a fantastic job in repairing my garage door in which other companies I have called in the past focused on just selling me a garage door in which I did not need. Dear Precision Door Co. The technicians name was Bill Weir and his supervisor's name was Mike. It is hard to answer your report card for this reason (not enough space on the card). The job was very hard because of the structure being old (built in 1974) and had to have the doors special made into one piece for both sides. It became a real problem and it took four visits to work with the problems and make shift parts for all of it to fit. They worked and worked till they got it all working, which was a miracle in itself. All was done with great satisfaction in all matters. These guys were GREAT and did a great job knowing what they had to work with. The only thing that needs great improvement is your scheduling of when they are to come out. Each of the four times the girl over the phone would say "they will be out between 8:00 and 12:00 and they would show up about 3:30. Each time I had to change plans or cancel and appointment which is wrong. I know its hard not knowing when the prior job is going to be done, or how long it takes, but lets be reasonable. Its NOT the guys fault, its your planning. My husband and I are very pleased with the doors, and we live in a condo with 58 more condos in a gated community and I was the ginny pig to have the first doors done. I was telling Bill that in the future he will have a big order to fill when he meet with our association, and I want him to take credit for it. We thank you and God Bless you for all that you did and God Bless the two guys who made it possible. Thank you again.

Thank you very much for your response. As you said yours was not a straight forward job, it was custom in many ways due to the variations of where they were installed. In spite of that, we pride ourselves not only in the quality of our product but the other areas as well, such as being on time, alerting our customers when we are going to be late, etc. However, sometimes, as in your case the prior job takes much longer than we expected, because we don't know until we get there how long it will take. I do apologize for our timeliness in your case and are using your feedback to make some changes to prevent it from happening in the future. Excellent service on broken gear of 18 year old garage door. New gear in, chain adjustment tightened, good as new. Prompt personable service that was done in efficient time frame. Highly recommend.
