Jose was great, he was an hour and a half early and fixed my door quickly and was gone by the time his appointment window was suppose to have started. Mr. White was a very professional, knowledgeable, courteous service technician. He explained the repairs, the type of parts needed, the warranty. Mr. White completed the repairs in an expeditious manner with obvious expertise. Additionally, scheduling the appointment and discussing the matter with the Precision team was quick and easy, allowing for a same day repair!! I have several doors and this was as great a job as I have ever had done. I had dug a trench to keep out the rodents and Lee had to make some alterations to get it installed properly. He did a great job, and I would brag on Lee and Precision Door to anyone.

Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it. Thank You Jose for making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Lin Thirion called in regarding service she had from Ray 3/18 and 3/19. She is extremely pleased with our company! She was very impressed with our same day service and mentioned that setting up the appointment was extremely easy. Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.
