Mr. White was a very professional, knowledgeable, courteous service technician. He explained the repairs, the type of parts needed, the warranty. Mr. White completed the repairs in an expeditious manner with obvious expertise. Additionally, scheduling the appointment and discussing the matter with the Precision team was quick and easy, allowing for a same day repair!! Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it. Thank You Jose for making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Tech was ray' he called before arriving and gave arrival time. he was on time, gave the repair estimate, once I said o.k. he stated to work. with-in the hour the garage door was working like new. thanks ray. great customer service, fair pricing, quality work equal my business and the recommendation to others..

Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.
