Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it. Thank You Jose for making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.
