Dean was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and explaining the different types of doors. He listen to what we wanted and gave suggestions. Professional at all Times, at no given point did he apply any PRESSURE for a sale. Any future garage door Needs i will definitley choose Precision Garage Door. I rate Precision Door 5 Stars. Thanks Donald and Diane. PS. Had too wait 3 weeks for installation, a little to long. Installation is due tuesday on the 20th.

Precision was in the Yellow Pages and when I called, the receptionist was professional and nice. The young man, Michael, who performed the Service Call was well prepared, professional, patient in explanations and very nice. It took him literally minutes to resolve my issues. I have been a Customer for 3 Years now, and Jose Perea is the person who originally sold me the BEST PACKAGE and repaired my Garage Door, and once again 3 Years later, he shows up again to fix some minor details, but tuned up my door and assured me that door still has a few years left. Very Professional and straight to the point. Solid Customer service and professionalism. Thank You Jose and your helper, he is in good hands and well Trained.

Sales Rep/Technicians and Admin just want to upsell and have not much concern about the safety of their customers. I called main office and told that my garage door is falling apart and not safe. Toi Green told me that someone will come and fix the door before they will replace it once the product will arrive but I have not heard from her anymore and did not returned back my calls as she promised. I was told by the initial sales person/Technician that my new garage will arrive within 3 weeks that is why I ordered the expensive garage after upselling me with better quality product but in reality it will not be delivered for more than 4 weeks. FYI, I called for a repair because I have the warranty from previous services from this company but I was sold the "upgraded" whole garage door assembly instead (door, motor, belt, spring, etc) Services NOT recommended.
