Mike grew up in Northern California on a ranch, as a cowboy and roper. He currently lives in Southern California and is a father with three children and is engaged to be married.
Mike's family is his inspiration in everything he does. He has a passion for horses, mountain biking and cooking. He also has a true interest in business, society, and how customer satisfaction is proven by fostering ethical business practices. He thoroughly enjoyed earning his bachelors degree in 2010 from the University of Phoenix.
He has an extensive background in the transportation industry, construction and real estate. He is always searching for new opportunities in building customer rapport as professional growth is his daily endeavor.

Mike Napolitano got here 5 mns. into his two hr. window. He repaired a major mistake from another company. He installed the parts the other co. did'nt. I could not get my door down sometimes because the other co. didnt install half the parts they should have. My door now is so quiet and closes the first time. That gives me, an 86 yr. old widow peace of mind AND a great nite sleep. Mikes professionalism is impeccable. Thank You.

Mike and Mark were very courteous and professional during my repair. They went above and beyond what I expected in getting the door working properly, performing an inspection after the repair and making minor adjustments so that it opened and closed effortlessly. It works great now for an old wooden overhead dual car garage door. When I am ready to replace my old doors I will definitely call Precision.

Technicians are friendly and know what they're doing. Fast, same day service. Only three stars because prices for parts are too high. $150 for a standard torsion spring. My door is a basic tract home roll up. Not asking to pay wholesale, but a 200% mark up is a bit much.

After installing, the necessary replacement parts for the garage door opener, the unit now performs like it is almost new. Including my Senior discount, the total bill was very reasonable. We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day. It turned out our garage door opener was also bad and they replaced it as well. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike came in and did a great job, and even explained to me the purpose of two springs on my insulated two door garage, door versus the one. I should have had two to begin with and if I had, probably would have not needed a repair. Fair quote and work done in about 1 hour & 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping appointment time. You guys got the job, because you followed up in the morining with a phone call along with Mike being on time allowed me to continue my schedule without obstacles (like a broken garage door). I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.
