Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

All I can say is wow! I have never had a company that arrives early to a job let a lone do a fantastic job. I had Jose come to my house for a broken spring and the door was stuck shut. He did a quick inspection & pointed out a few other problems with the door that I didn't notice; but all makes since know that my garage door isn't waking up the neighbors when I come home. They are reasonable on the cost of materials & labor and took just an hour to complete the job. I highly recommend this company & will repost this on Yelp. Thank you for all your help!

I had a garage door and side jack installed on my garage that had no other access. The installer was very skilled and was a good communicator. I upgraded to the side jack on his recommendaion because of the lay out of garage. It was the right call I am very satisfied with the use and application. Unfortunately, 1 year later my lift jack wireless remote wont work, I am told we have to cut a hole in the panel to access the device to unlock get it to work.... I am NOT upset about the work or craftmanship.... things will break (or one of my family may have inadvertently put it in vacation mode or unplugged it). I just wish that I had been offered another means to open the door.... I am learning now that a cheap keyed switch would have done this... Again I love the door and the side jack but not informing me of the options is now going to be a pain in the butt and lot more expensive than a simple key.... feel free to delete I am not an angry customer just wanted to give you some feed back on how I would have been more satisfied as a customer. Again the installer Jose is very skilled, does excellent work and is a very good rep for your company in the field.... Give him a product with more diversity and I believe you will not be disappointed. ..... I hope this was helpful. I like your company and the people. The Dispatcher/Office was also very helpful.

Your technician was professional and thorough. He made an attempt to repair the opener explaining that unfortunately it had burned out by the improper functioning of the mechanism over a period of time. He installed the new opener after obtaining my ok and explained everything to my satisfaction. I am pleased with my new garage doors opening with the greatest of ease.

Mr.Jose Perea was a responsible Technician, he called first to let us know that his coming. He performed full inspection, explain every details and give some suggestions. He did an excellent job. After hearing one of the garage door springs unwind around 3:00 P. M. I went to the garage to find it was broken and the door would not lift up. After looking online for door repair companies I called Precision and was initially told no one would be available until between 8 and 12 P. M. When I told the call taker the door would not raise and y car was stuck inside she was able to schedule a technician to come between 4 and 8. When Jose arrived he was very courteous and professional. He examined my problem and thoroughly explained all my repair options. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He then explained how to properly maintain the springs between calls for normal maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone connected with this company.
