Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

Jose was professional and called ahead of time to notify me Of his approximate arrival time. Once Jose took a look at the door he did not go into any Sales pitch which was a plus I knew where the problem was and He told me my options of which I chose the median only due to budget concern because this was a last minute malfunction. He replaced the springs and cable and balanced the door and It worked even better than before where I had to assist the door open at times. I would recommend precision to any and all of My friends and family. Even same day service. For me all around Best experience. When I remodel the garage I will be giving precision a call!

Yesterday, my garage opener stopped working...I immediately called for repair since it was recently installed....Jose called me ahead of time before arrival & immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Jose told me that there's was no charge for the dispatch service call & that me feel at ease. He was able to fixed the issue by replacing the motor module & sensors. Jose was very courteous & professional & would love to have that kind of service again if problem arise. WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door. After a quick inspection of my garage door and an explanation of how the spring/hardware broke (over 12 years old), he was off and repairing. Less than an hour later, my garage door was up and running!!! I can't tell you how easy, professional and super friendly Jose is. I'd give you a gazillion stars if possible! Solid experience with Jose, he did a good job in selling me the complete repair on my Garage door. All I had was a Spring that had broken, but the door is already 10 years old and it was a good Idea to protect my investment with that lifetime guarantee, and that is what sealed the deal.
