You charged us 900 to rebuild our garage door and the next day a panel caved in. Your technician returned one call offering to charge us 400 more and to replace the door We just want the work we paid for fixed. Now he won't return calls or texts and your office has ignored our emails and messages. We will try calling again tomorrow I guess there is no guarantee on your work almost 1000 dollars later. I wish I had known that to begin with .

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

First contact (I didn't get name) was cheerful and her smile easily made it across the phone line. She advised that a tech guy was in the area and she'd make room for me. I had just been told by another Precision door company who told me a three day wait was in the cards due to the severe wind storm we had here on 3/30. She was pleasant enough but really didn't sound like new business was important to her. The other Precision door number was already in my phone from a previous service I must have had. Needing immediate service prompted me to start calling from the internet listings I could find and I found you folks. Jose topped the service caLL off by being super face to face and actually careing for my problem and called to confirm the appointment made through your office. He was an early finisher on the job before mine and was super pleasant and accommodating. I was impressed at his interest in my problem and his determination to fix it to my liking. Dean, The sales rep. was outstanding. Kind of rare these days to sit down with someone who talks with you and isn't pushing the hard pressure sale. This was a homeowners insurance claim, so he knew we had a budget to work with. He listened, made suggestions and more importantly, met the needs of the person who was most invested : my wife! She walked away from Dean's visit knowing she got the door she wanted. And more importantly, we kept it within our budget! When we get the door installed, I'm sure I'll have another positive review.
