I recently moved into my home in Yucaipa. I found that there was some maintenance needed on three garage door openers. I also needed a full set of remotes and two key pads. Steven came out and did an inspection on the older Genie opener. It was discovered that it had a weak torsion spring. He replaced that and did additional maintenance. He also did the maintenance on two LiftMaster openers. The difference on the Genie amazed me. It is now smooth and quiet whereas before it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Everything is back to good working order. Steven is a friendly, professional man and fully explained what was needed. Based on the service he provided I would recommend Precision without hesitation. just had Precision install a new garage door opener a couple of weeks ago then had a problem I thought was related. It was a door problem, not an opener problem. The repairman fixed it and did not charge. I was willing to pay but He said it was part of the service. Thank you!

I had Precision install new cables and springs on my garage door ,was not to happy with the cost from the phone quote .At this point I sent in a rather harsh review and after a talk with Kevin( the owners son ) it was a matter of communication between the pricing with the girl answering and myself. As usual with the right information you will always resolve a problem. Thank you Kevin for your imput and help.

I called for spring and cable replacement for a two car roll up garage door.iIwas told it would cost $225.00 over the phone and when the Tec arrived he said it is $390.00 and to make me feel better he now would give me bigger springs for this price. I have been a licensed contractor for 39 years and never have run into such foul business practice. As I call around the first price is right in the ball park and at the time I needed the door opened so I could take out my truck, in other words I now had no choice to call another install Co. Very foul practice,I realize they will delete this review however it will be on Yelp and filed with better business. This review isn't just about the money it's about the way they do business. The installer was a really good guy he should be working for a honest company. As for the big springs the $390 price was for the little springs,littler than what I had and as i bitched of the price I was given the big springs for the same cost. If I wanted big I can afford it however the little ones lasted 25 plus years. The problem hear is being deceived. I never complain the damage is done except for you people that will do business with them....

The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. The service tech pointed out what needed to be done to repair my door, & I fully expected him to fix it. He proceeded to do something else, which doesn't look like it will last. He asked if I was 100% satisfied, & I said No. He spent a couple of hours fashioning a bracket out of my punched angle & then charged me for the punched angle & labor to do it. I fully expected to pay more to have my door fixed, but it was NOT properly fixed & now I'm facing the prospect of having to hire someone else to properly fix it. I have pictures of what I'm talking about if anyone is interested in seeing them.
