The technician, Jorge Fortenal, is an outstanding representative for the company. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He completed the installation in a timely manner, and made every effort to ensure that I had a full understanding of the garage door operation. My second experience with Precision, the first was several years ago for Door Opener repair. 4-29 my garage door had a cable come unattached, which then skewed door badly, tearing rollers out of track, twisting track, such that door was jammed, up about 18" on one end. Called Precision late afternoon. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Appointment scheduled. Derek called the next morning on his way and said he would be here shortly. Arrived right on time, "social-distancing" precautions evident, quickly assessed the problem, and told me door was salvageable, which was a great relief. He then explained options, including re-build, which I opted for....new rollers, cables, springs, lube and adjust all parts. He had it finished in less than 90 minutes....look and operates like new. Derek was a gentleman and obviously knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Precision and Derek....both exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

We chose Precision, becuase we had used this company with satisfactiion in the past. We were pleased with this call for services, which resulted in a 24 hour response; the responder was polite, know his business, and when beyond the requirements. He showed us tat the most economical solution was a new door and helped us get our car outside of the garage, so it could be used, while we waited for the new door to arrive and be installed.

Bill Weier was the technician and he did a great job. He was very professional and completed the repairs very quickly. He explained what was needed to repair my problem and also pointed out a few items that needed to be replaced. My only concern is the cost of the repair, it seems expensive but I didn't seek any other bids. I used Precision to repair my mom's garage door about a year ago and they did a great job then as well.

After hearing one of the garage door springs unwind around 3:00 P. M. I went to the garage to find it was broken and the door would not lift up. After looking online for door repair companies I called Precision and was initially told no one would be available until between 8 and 12 P. M. When I told the call taker the door would not raise and y car was stuck inside she was able to schedule a technician to come between 4 and 8. When Jose arrived he was very courteous and professional. He examined my problem and thoroughly explained all my repair options. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He then explained how to properly maintain the springs between calls for normal maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone connected with this company.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jose Perea for his work today on replacing our garage door spring today 2/26/24! He was on time and called us to let us know he was on his way...walked me thru the issue we had so I understood completely what was needed / reviewed the process and explained all costs up front! He went the "extra distance" in customer service as he went above and beyond to satisfy us and complete the job correctly not the easy way out.. (nobody does customer service anymore..) He did! He worked around our garage racks! and made sure all was running correctly before he left. I highly recommend Jose and the Precision door service company for your garage door service needs.
