My door broke about 1:00 pm labor day the tech was here in one hour took about 1 1/2 hrs. The service and the tech were five star. the reason for four stars was the cost. $250 for two hrs, counting travel and a ten dollar bracket is high. But like I said it was labor day and the service was great.

Yesterday our garage door drive chain came crashing down as we were leaving for a reservation at a local restaurant. Today the 27th of April Jose Perea with an associate came to fix the problem. I was given three choices and I decided to go all the way with a complete rebuild that includes a lifetime warranty. I was told that a copy of the warranty would follow. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's professionalism. Job done to my satisfaction. Two things I would like to confirm, your state license and a copy of the warranty. Thank you

A torsion spring broke on our garage door Tuesday afternoon, and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Precision. A repairman was here the next morning at 8:10, and brought all the necessary parts with him the first time, and was finished repairing our door in 1 hour. VERY prompt service!

When I went on your website I already had a Precision garage door, The receptionist was very helpful. After I made my appointment with her,your company emailed me a confirmation to let me know that all was ready for the service. What I really liked was that you have your employee's picture on the confirmation email. It made me feel very secure to know who to expect at the door. Found your ad in the phone book. Drawn to past customers favorable responses. Not many take the effort to send a return positive comment, it's usually a negative one. The service man was Brent, a knowledgeable and friendly representative of your company. Replacement of overhead springs were required, which was explained to me in a informative manner. No undo pressure was applied to me to replace the original spring, or not, my choice. I had the replacement service performed, which was done in around a hours time. Impressive, I must say. Nice to discover a company that can do quality work,in a short period of time, at a good price.

To all Precision Staff; It is refreshing to receive the service promised so quickly and get the job, done well.
