After coming home to a broken garage door spring, I found your company on the internet and called to schedule an appointment. My first contact was with Ashley, who was helpful and professional. She got me on the schedule for the next morning (a Saturday). She was very good about sending a confirmation email and staying in touch as to when the serviceman would arrive. My service technician, Dean, was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He got my door operational right away, and when I needed a special part he even came back on his day off to finish the job! I will definitely use this company again and not hesitate to refer to my friends.

So far I'm fairly impressed with this company. Technician was competent, friendly, and presentable. Getting all three of these isn't easy from a service company. Tech was very helpful on explaining what was wrong. We have had the door serviced and just need the motor to be installed next. Positive experience.

Jose was very courtesy and worked really hard on fixing our garage door. He worked for almost three hours until he had the door fixed. We were so happy the door was repaired and could close when he left. It was very hot but he didnot complain at all. Thank you Jose for your hard work. VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. EVERY STEP WAS EXPLAINED AND JOSE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL HE MADE EXTRA ADJUSTMENTS TO CONFIRM OUR GARAGE DOOR WAS WORKING LIKE NEW. Even though he was not able to fix my opener Mark was very courteous and consulted several times with his technician as to troubleshooting the problem. He was thorough in attempting to isolate the problem. He's the second technician to work on the repair to no avail. The problem is in the remote sensor, not in the motor itself. It will open and close from the button on the wall but will only open, not close, with the remote. Mark gave me an estimate on replacing all four openers and assured me Precision had the capability to accomplish the opening of all four doors along with my gate with a single, 4 button remote. We'll see.

I highly recommend this company. I purchased my garage door only a few years ago from a company that said it had a lifetime warranty...only to find out not everything was warranted, so when a cable broke and caused addtional damage I chose to have precision do the repair instead. They pointed out all kinds of errors in the original installation (the best purchase price isn't always the best deal.) Precision fixed everything, they were on time and professional. I will definitely send friends their way.

We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

I spoke with Mrs. Andraded and explained that the price she paid was a discounted package price and we don't have a way of eliminating the warranty from the package...it comes with the package. All of our repairs typically include so kind or warranty that can range from 30 days to limited lifetime.

One thing I demand in my business dealings is "professionalism" and Precision was well represented in that area by your technician Cody. It is employee's like Cody that will secure the Precision name and take you to the next step. I say this primarily because while it was not cost effective to make the required purchase to repair, we parted ways as if I had just spent a thousand dollars. I will remember Precision and will be happy to recommend if the occassion presents itself.
