I needed a new garage door/opener service. I looked you up on-line. I liked what I read and decided to give you a try My tech was very courteous, pleasant, and patient with my questions. He also explained things without talking down to me- I'm a senior lady. My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.

Bad presentation and over price for replacing genuie safety sensor on my garage door. First he quoted me for 300$ to replace it. Then he told me I need to replace the garage door opener because it’s too old already. Quoted for 1,000$ plus installed. I told him that’s not the problem. Then he went down to 199$ without changing the wiring of the sensor.

Benny installed a new garage door opener for us today. Did a great install and even helped me hook my car buttons to the opener. Something I haven't had in 4 years. Best part of all is that he didn't try and upsell us on things we didn't need. Thanks Precision for a quick response, great install and friendly staff.

The reason why I chose Precision Garage is simply because several years ago, I purchased a garage door opener. Currently, I had wanted to purchase a key pad that would work with the garage door opener. I appreciate Ivan Estrada, the technician from Precision. He was very nice and courteous. Ivan was knowledgeable and explained step by step everything I needed to know. I would certainly use Precision Garage Door Service again.

I randomly picked this company based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact that they are 24 hours. I was able to call later in the evening and was able to get a servicer out early the next day. Jose was my servicer and he was prompt and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new opener and he had it installed in about an hour. I'm not one to be easily impressed but the customer service from the phone operator to the servicer was top notch. Well done Precision!

This company knows, and practices, quality customer service! This is the second time I have used them and will continue to endorse and recommend this company for any garage door needs! When I called for an appointment, Mary was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She quickly reserved a time and date that worked for my schedule. She followed up with a confirmation email which included the name and picture of the technician who would be completing my job, with a link to his bio. Jose, the technician, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was prompt and friendly. His knowledge, experience and skill at the job proved to make quick work of providing me with a new garage door opener. Now my garage door opens quietly and consistently (which my old one had not been doing!). What a pleasure it is to find a quality company who values their customers and still embodies good old fashioned excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service! I called at 9am and had someone at my house at 10am. They were able to install a new garage door opener right then and there and were done in an hour. Very nice and personable service technician. They also installed a new garage door 10 years ago and I had good service then, also

Our garage door spring broke. Almost on top of me .so I needed someone to fix it. I looked on google saw the first one with a phone # and I called. Thinking it’s going to take about 3 days for someone to come fix it. Nope same day. An hour after I called I got a call I’m 10 min away. I said great come and fix it. 45 min and it was all done great service and friendly answered all my questions. Thank you

Benny Urbino called a little earlier than our scheduled appointment which we appreciated. He arrived soon thereafter and did his inspection. Based on his inspection, professionalism and expertise we elected to invest a bit more than expected. Within a fairly short time period our garage doors were renovated & a new state of the art opener installed. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

I called Precision after finding it on line and it having an A+ rating with the BBB. I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. We will be installing a new door and opener in the near future and will be using Precision because of Jose's expertise. It's so nice to deal with a company that is honest and customer friendly. Thank you for fitting me in Friday afternoon to have my garage door opener repaired. Lee was very professional and was able to find the reason for the opener not working. He replaced one of the sensors that was not functioning and rewired everything. Thanks Lee for the suggestion to use the silicone spray twice a year!
