Mike was born and grew up in Riverside, California. He was very active in sports at Martin Luther King High School participating in football, track and baseball. After high school he continued his education at Azusa Pacific University, where he played football and ran track. In spite of his California roots, Mike's favorite professional sports teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, San Antonio Spurs and the Cleveland Indians. Two things that he enjoys in his spare time are golf and dirt biking. His prior employment to Precision Door Service was kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Mike truely knows the value of great customer service, and seeks to have 100% satisfaction with all of his garage door customers.

GARAGE DOOR - ANNUAL SERVICE MAINTENANCE! Had a new garage door opener unit, installed in June 2015. The technicians, have been professional, provide great customer service, and are knowledgable and conscientious in performing their job. Called late Saturday evening expecting Noone to answer. Rep answered, told her my garage door spring had broken and we set a appt for today Sunday. Techician arrived ahead of the appt time and readily replaced the springs with better ones. Checked and lubed all the rollers and rods. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! I will use Precision again if the need arises and most certainly recommend you.

5 STAR ! Professional, courteous, on/ time, knowledgeable. Performed the services I requested the same day, even though the tech had to travel some distance to obtain the parts we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process . Just 1 one phone call in the morning , and my garGe door problems were repaired before the end of the day.
