Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

This company knows, and practices, quality customer service! This is the second time I have used them and will continue to endorse and recommend this company for any garage door needs! When I called for an appointment, Mary was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She quickly reserved a time and date that worked for my schedule. She followed up with a confirmation email which included the name and picture of the technician who would be completing my job, with a link to his bio. Jose, the technician, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was prompt and friendly. His knowledge, experience and skill at the job proved to make quick work of providing me with a new garage door opener. Now my garage door opens quietly and consistently (which my old one had not been doing!). What a pleasure it is to find a quality company who values their customers and still embodies good old fashioned excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!

I called Precision after finding it on line and it having an A+ rating with the BBB. I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. We will be installing a new door and opener in the near future and will be using Precision because of Jose's expertise. It's so nice to deal with a company that is honest and customer friendly. Your technician Jose Perea was friendly, professional, efficient, and arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He was originally scheduled for a repair but alas the whole garage door opener had to be replaced. I appreciated that he had a few choices in his truck for me to choose from and explained the differences in models and prices. He installed it in a timely manner. I was also happy that they honor their service discount on their stickers that they had left on a previous visit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door service.

I called Precision Door Service last night because one of my garage door tension springs had snapped, and they had a repairman (Liam) show up the next morning, He was helpful and professional and gave me a great price to replace both of my garage door tension springs; and it was less than the two other quotes I had received already.
