Excellent service! My Precision Overhead Garage Door was not functioning properly. I called for service and the Riverside company sent Steve to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with several possible "fixes". I chose one and he completed the repair in several hours. The work was expensive, but the repair is done and the overhead garage door works very well. Well this will e long. I called Precision on Monday this week October 10 2016 I stated my Garage door was not working correctly. Out comes Schane. After a quick look he stated the motor is working good, the springs need replaced,he did , no change thew door still does not work,"I guess the motor need to be replaced, we talked and he went to the Truck to call his super, 30 minutes later I go out front and he is gone. I called the office again, I was told the super would call me, Now this was Monday, Today is Friday, I called the office after talking to Home office in FL, they gave me Toi number and I called and told her the program, She stated she would send out a serviceman today, SHE DID HER JOB, at about 2PM Jeff drives in and I show him the problem, He did the survey and list all the problems and also showed me the springs that were put on were to small but would work, also look at his report as to the other problems and was able to find and to correct them by installing a new MOTOR the job is done and I am again convinced that Precision can and will do the job correct. Thank you Jeff and Keep up making customer Happy IF YOU WANT IT DONE AND DONE RIGHT GET PRECISION TO DO IT

First of all, I apologize for the difficulty in the beginning. Our #1 priority is customer service, and our goal is 100% satisfaction every time. Thank you so much for letting me know that we ultimately got it right. We have reviewed this situation, used it as a training focus to correct it for the future. This is our reasoning for asking for reviews...it helps us stay on track for giving the best service in the industry.

I live in a very dark, desolate,but beautiful place called Devore! My safety is extremely important and paramount to me and my family. I was having trouble with my door opening, then falling and then unable to reopen door. On this last holiday 5-31-16, I met Jose Perea(WOW). He was so professional and polite, he renewed my faith in contractors(Smile). He new exactly what needed to be done and he knew how to do it!!! My door is quieter, more efficient and I have a whole new system such as motion lighting, wall panel with temperature, date and rotating codes every time I open the door; adding to my safety and security. I can go on and on about Jose but that would take at least week(smile). Oh, not coming on to him, but did I mention that Jose was clean and neat and may I say, not bad to look at(smile). Jose, you made my day, even on a holiday!!!

I purchased a Voucher from Amazon for a Garage Door Tune-Up. When I called Precision Door Service to redeem the voucher, I spoke to Denali, a very nice and courteous young woman. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The Service Tech, Dayvon Lemle, was prompt and thorough. He suggested that the spring would need to be replaced. I explained that I was on SS and would not be able to do so until the middle of next month. Dayvon gave me his number and said to call him when I was ready. I am quite pleased with the customer service, as well as with how quickly the response time was.

Had a new garage door opener installed back in March 2015. The installation was fast, on time and very professional. What I have a big problem with is a with customer service. I order a 2nd remote to be sent by mail, still waiting. Called there office on 3 separate occasions where I was to get a call back from a manager, still waiting. I wonder if I have a real problem if I will get the same ind of response!

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly examined my door. Although one of my rails was badly damaged, he did not have a good one on his truck, he removed my rail, straightened it, made it functional again and re installed it. He also re-adjusted the springs. I was glad he thought outside the box and was able to get my door repaired and working. He was at a disadvantage of having to work in extreme winds as well.

We selected Precision as they installed our roll-up door springs a few years ago and always provided good impromptu service for problems. Our opener broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision and was surprised (and thankful) that they could send someone out that day. Gary Pomfret was the real hero of Superbowl Sunday! He arrive on time, installed our new opener and showed us the adjustment features. This opener runs so smooth and quiet we hardly know it's moving. Gary did a great job!
