All I wanted was my chain drive opener replaced. The tech quoted me $1075.00 I said that’s to much and that I was willing to pay $500.00 but I’ll just do it myself so I gave him the $89.95 service fee and went to Lowe’s and bought one for $200.00 piece of cake. Your company missed out on $300.00 profit and referrals.

NOW I CAN SLEEP AT KNIGHT! Real pros! Had the right parts, like springs, etc. Im a handy man of shorts, done this repair before, BUT and I mean BUT, what a pro!!! Never work like this before! We had a broken hinge on our double car garage sliding door. I called this morning and offered to email a photo of the hinge so they could obtain a replacement. They arrived in three hours, checked the problem and can you believe produced a new hinge and the door was repaired very quickly. Considering travel time as well, all for a very reasonable price. Nick was an amazingly professional, personable and an expert technician who quickly identified the problem and pointed out long term maintenance options. I called early in the morning about the issue and by 11am the technician was here! I was sent text and email alerts and had the option to get an introduction to Nick before he arrived. Major repairs were made efficiently and quickly, after all options were explained and an estimate was provided. My wife and I are sold! Precision will be our go-to team for future garage door services!
