WOW!!! It's not every day you find a company that exceeds your expectations, however, I am so impressed. Called Precision about noon today and within 2 hours they arrived. The technician Jose Perea was fantastic!! Explained everything...installed the opener and I couldn't have been more pleased. Obviously he's done this a time or two...but the attention to detail and professional installation was amazing. Can't wait until my other opener dies.....I will be calling Precision again and requesting Jose as the technician! I couldn't be happier!!!! Outstanding Job!!!

My garage spring broke as I was getting ready to leave for work. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service first thing and they dispatched their technician immediately. My technician Carlos Barragan was there within the hour. He immediately made contact with me and was able to make the necessary repairs right then and there. Carlos has great customer service skills. He was very polite and very respectable. You guys sure do have an amazing employee!!

George, the technician, was very personable and efficient. My reason for the 3 stars is that a door servicing was offered for $89 and change. I agreed to this amount. When the work was completed, a service fee of about $49 was added on. I was not informed of this beforehand, and it was not mentioned in your apppintment confirmation. Therefore, I respectfully request that you refund this fee. I paid almost $100 for work! I feel I should not be also saddled with a service fee. I would appreciate your help with this matter. Gilbert from Precision showed up on time, replaced my garage door springs, changed a broken metal bracket, and performed an overall inspection of my entire garage door, track system, etc., to ensure it was all in good working order. He called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he would arrive soon. He wore a mask the entire time he was with me (Covid precaution), and he was very polite and respectful. He reviewed the costs with me before performing the work, and he explained to me everything he changed/fixed once the work was completed. He even changed the burned out lightbulbs on my garage door opener for me, which was not a part of his job. He saw that I was getting ready to change the bulbs and offered to do it for me. I will use Precision (and Gilbert!) for any future garage door repair needs, and I would highly recommend them to others. :)

My garage door spring broke on Friday afternoon and I could not get in or out of my garage. I called Precision and they had a technician out the next day (Saturday) to fix the problem. Gilbert was on time and very personable. He replaced the springs, cable and washer as was required. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.
