Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. We originally had some repair work done by another company. Within 2 months the door was broken again. Dave came out quickly diagnosed the reason the previous repair work did not hold up.
