I highly recommend this company. I purchased my garage door only a few years ago from a company that said it had a lifetime warranty...only to find out not everything was warranted, so when a cable broke and caused addtional damage I chose to have precision do the repair instead. They pointed out all kinds of errors in the original installation (the best purchase price isn't always the best deal.) Precision fixed everything, they were on time and professional. I will definitely send friends their way.

The service tech pointed out what needed to be done to repair my door, & I fully expected him to fix it. He proceeded to do something else, which doesn't look like it will last. He asked if I was 100% satisfied, & I said No. He spent a couple of hours fashioning a bracket out of my punched angle & then charged me for the punched angle & labor to do it. I fully expected to pay more to have my door fixed, but it was NOT properly fixed & now I'm facing the prospect of having to hire someone else to properly fix it. I have pictures of what I'm talking about if anyone is interested in seeing them.

I contact Mr. Lyon about his situation after speaking with our technician and offered to return and install wood to attached the springs to. The punched angle solution is one that is used when there is no wood backing but we were willing to install the necessary backing. About 10 days later when we contacted him to schedule it, he stated he would have another company do the work. Don Taylor

We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

I spoke with Mrs. Andraded and explained that the price she paid was a discounted package price and we don't have a way of eliminating the warranty from the package...it comes with the package. All of our repairs typically include so kind or warranty that can range from 30 days to limited lifetime.

Work was quick and efficient. Only problem that I have is that since the work was done on a rental house, I was not there to get a paid invoice. After 3 request I received the invoice for part of the work. Will need to call again to get all of my paperwork.

We selected Precision as they installed our roll-up door springs a few years ago and always provided good impromptu service for problems. Our opener broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision and was surprised (and thankful) that they could send someone out that day. Gary Pomfret was the real hero of Superbowl Sunday! He arrive on time, installed our new opener and showed us the adjustment features. This opener runs so smooth and quiet we hardly know it's moving. Gary did a great job!

Great job. The doors main spring broke. When he got finishes with the estimate as usual I first thought too high. But he went through every part and explained why it was bad. So after the explanation it was a great quote and fair. It ended up better than it was when I bought it 10 years ago with a life time warranty. I would recommend Precision to any person.

On Christmas eve our garage door would not close. After calling AHS they told us that their service person(Edge garage door) would not be able to help us for two days. Not good to have garage door open for that long. We had used Precision in our Crestline home and they were great! I found their number and called . Dave Culver was here within 2 hours and fixed the door to be able to close. We decided to replace both our doors and opener and have a keypad installed.
