Greatest service out there! My garage door was tweaked in an angle, with the rollers popped out on both sides, side railing had torn from the stud it was screwed into, and couple of panels were bent. An hour later it was like a new garage door with only one part replaced. Works better, sounds better! Gary is absolutely the best tech. I will recommend Precision Door to everyone.

Even though he was not able to fix my opener Mark was very courteous and consulted several times with his technician as to troubleshooting the problem. He was thorough in attempting to isolate the problem. He's the second technician to work on the repair to no avail. The problem is in the remote sensor, not in the motor itself. It will open and close from the button on the wall but will only open, not close, with the remote. Mark gave me an estimate on replacing all four openers and assured me Precision had the capability to accomplish the opening of all four doors along with my gate with a single, 4 button remote. We'll see.

Jose was very professional, courteous and friendly. Response time from initial call to Precision to Jose showing up was literally only 1 hr and 15 min. Jose explained the options available for the repair, suggested some things to consider in servicing the door, and installed the new torsion springs and new rollers in less than 1 hour. Incredible service in this day and age! Would happily recommend Precision to friends and neighbors. Well done!

very happy with my garage door repair, Jose called in our appointment window, gave me eta and arrived at that exact time. he looked at the door shown me the problems there were a few. we replaced the springs and cables modified the door added an other spring and changed the rollers in about an hour. now my door is super quiet and smooth. thanks

Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.

Connor my technician was great and friendly. He called before he came out and was very understanding when I told him I was ill and not able to sit for the appointment. He didn't even get upset. So we rescheduled for the nextday, he came out and he was understanding when I explained my budget for the job. We laughed and came to a middle and got the job done! They showed up a little late for our install but other than that they did a good job at a good price. We had several other company's come out for estimates and all the other company's could not do the install for a few weeks. Where precision did the install just a few days later. We had planned on going with Mesa because we heard them on the radio all the time but after two different attempts on getting one of there guys out to us and neither one could find us because they could not follow simple directions I gave up on them. And precision was great

I was in quite a jam after my garage door spring broke and twisted my garage door and support rails around 3pm in the afternoon. It was important to attempt to repair the garage that same evening as I had several appointments the next day. After calling several garage door specialists, Precision Garage Door was the only company that could send out a specialist the same evening. Right on schedule David White showed up at my residence. He was courteous and professional and proceeded with complete inspection of the garage door. After selecting the appropriate repair package David proceeded with repairs. I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.
