Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. I went with the middle package that included springs, end bearings, center bearing, and rollers. My door is now quieter, smoother, and safer than it's ever been. Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.

It is such a drag having the garage door suddenly stop working! On Angie's List recommendation we called Precision Door Service at 4PM. It was a good call, our appointment (which could have been that night) was scheduled for the very next day. Technician Brent arrived on time, inspected garage door and opener, explained nature of the problem and offered two options, with prices included. Recieved a quote to have 3 garage doors installed replacing old original wood doors. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helped me understand doors, door openers and what my options were. My budgeted estimate was about $600.00 MORE than the offer he made. He included upgrades to all the doors and a lifetime warrenty for the doors and parts. The service was excellent and the scheduling of the replacments was done within a week. Excellent service.

My garage door was not functioning and my car was stuck in the garage. I went on line looking for a company to repair the door. I called several companies and none of them would come to Barstow, except for Precision. The call was scheduled for later, but the technician finished the prior job early, and called to see if he could come earlier. That was great because I needed to get my car out. Jose came by first on a Wednsday to give me a quote. He was on time and friendly. After comparing the quotes from other companies Precision was the one that impressed me the most. What impressed me was Jose showed up on time, in a clean uniform, clean work truck, and also he is very friendly. I called him back a day after and we scheduled a whole garage door replacement. I like that Precision has been around for many years, and has an A grade by the B.B.B. They are a little more expensive, but there customer service, knowledge, and better selection makes it worth it.
