Oh My God! I called this company and they came to my home the same day. The garage door specialist name was Dean and he was a very kind, informative, and very professional person. He changed the motor and the drive quickly and then he lubricated the door hinges. This is unbelievable!!! I had had Mesa Garage Doors do a little job for me and they charged me more money that it cost to replace the motor. I will never use Mesa again and I really would recommend this company to anybody out there looking for honest work done on their home. Thanks Dean!!!

Service was prompt and technician explained problem...fraying of new cable and damage to pulley. However he didn't Identify the cause of the cable fraying so there had to be a repeat call to do a further adjustment. still need to have the outside of the door cleaned as there are bad oil stains all down the outside caused when first technician oiled the hinges. I would appreciate prompt attention to this.

We had a emergency with our garage door not opening at all. Dean Laurenson was about to come over and save the day on a Sunday (opening football game lol) He replaced springs and cables in such a timely manner on top was very professional and we would recommend him and Precision to others and definitely will keep them for future work.
