Excellent service! Our door stopped halfway down exposing the contents of our garage late in the afternoon. We called and explained that we were scheduled to go out of town the following morning. A very knowledgeable repairman, Bill, arrived soon after my call and repaired the door and serviced it within an hour and a half. It’s working better and quieter than it ever has! Would definitely recommend them to others.

Jose was very pleasant and worked fast. For an unknown reason the electric went off in the garage while he was working on the door. We tried tripping GFI switches but that did not work. I have no idea why and I've now called an electrician. I am just hopeful when the electrician gets the electric working in the garage again that the door will work. I anticipate that will be the case.

A spring broke on my double electronic garage door opener. The door became partially bent and would not budge. My car was trapped. I called Precision and Mike arrived within an hour. He replaced only the necessary parts, added a structural truss and was able to salvage the door. Although 25 years old, the Garage Door looks good as new! And the motor is so much quieter. The price for all the special attention was very reasonable. Thank you Precision and thank you Mike.

I chose Precision because of the same day service. My garage door jumped off the tracks when it hit something. It needed to be reset and it was recommended that the springs be replaced to avoid this problem again. You would think a $500 repair is a lot until you consider that this company came out within hours of calling and repaired immediately. I have much more than $500 worth of tools in my garage that could have been stolen if my garage door was left open overnight. I truly appreciate the speed and efficiency of protecting my home.
