One thing in your ads that really impressed me was your trucks are like rolling warehouses. Everything he needed to do the job was on the truck even if it wasn’t part of the original job. We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion. He was very courteous and helpful. When we are ready to replace our door, we will be calling on Precision again. Thank you!

My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.

My problem was diagnosed and solved. The motherboard on my 25+ yr old garage door opener was messed up. Carlos Barragon has seen this problem before and replaced it with and new upgraded garage door opener. He was extremely courteous and professional the whole time even when it was hot in the garage and I had many questions. He was very helpful when I was getting nervous (kind of freaking out) about the price he let me know all the benefits of the new door and took the time to help me download the app and how it works. Excellent Service! Very pleased to be able to set up a next day appointment by using the "chat" option on the website after 9 p.m. Recieved an email conformation for the appointment along with a picture of the technician, who called ten minutes before his arrival. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he explained the reason to replace the other one as well. He also discovered that the wires to the sensors had been chewed by mice - causing the door to occasionally not close. He spliced in new wires at no additional charge. Overall: timely, friendly, competent, professional service.
