I damaged by garage door Saturday night July 1st and It got fix July 5th. Not because I call Precision Garage Door the next day. I did not know who to call, my friend suggested Precision Garage Door to me today July 5th and within 4 hours it was fixed. Carlos the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He gave me information about my automatic garage door that I did not know about. He gave me options regarding fixing it and replacing it. He was very helpful. I decided to fix it for now. It will be 20 years old next year so I know soon it is going to give out on me. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I came home last night to discover that I could not open my garage door. Turned out to be a broken spring. I called the number on their website and was immediately given an appointment for today. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. You guys came out on a 2 hour notice on Saturday, Carlos Barragan was the tech that showed up, very polite, knowledgeable, explain what he was gonna do, and suggested upgrade the whole system, rollers, bearings cables and springs, one of my springs had broke, which is why I called, Carlos told me what he recommended was entirely my chose, and there was no pressure to do the additional work. I went for the upgrade as it comes with a lifetime warranty on parts, and 5 years on labor. Thank you Carlos for a quick and excellent job, and thank your Precision Doors. WOW!!! I pushed the garage door button & heard a loud click & door didn't move. I Googled "Garage door repair" & picked Precision door at random. Lucky pick! The lady that answered at 11 A.M said that somebody would be out between 12 noon & 2.P.M. Carlos came out, diagnosed the problem & everything was hunky-dory by 3 P.M. The motor was burned out & Carlos replaced it, all sensors & the door button with updated versions of the same brand. The motor was seventeen years old so it was time for it to go off into the sunset. I am not at all surprised that it burned out after seventeen years of use; it came with the house when I bought it brand-new in 2006. Everything is working perfectly now & I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Precision. It really & truly exceeded expectations.

We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion.
