My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.

My problem was diagnosed and solved. The motherboard on my 25+ yr old garage door opener was messed up. Carlos Barragon has seen this problem before and replaced it with and new upgraded garage door opener. He was extremely courteous and professional the whole time even when it was hot in the garage and I had many questions. He was very helpful when I was getting nervous (kind of freaking out) about the price he let me know all the benefits of the new door and took the time to help me download the app and how it works. This door opens so quietly now and the app is pretty cool. Thank you for your help Carlos and Precision!

Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact. Best of all there was no push for a new door, no sales pitch and no pressure. I can’t imagine how the experience could have been any better!

Excellent services! The appointment was available within two hours of my call. The service technician shows up a little late due to his prior assignment, but he did call to inform me his new arrival time. Excellent Service! Very pleased to be able to set up a next day appointment by using the "chat" option on the website after 9 p.m. Recieved an email conformation for the appointment along with a picture of the technician, who called ten minutes before his arrival. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he explained the reason to replace the other one as well. He also discovered that the wires to the sensors had been chewed by mice - causing the door to occasionally not close. He spliced in new wires at no additional charge. Overall: timely, friendly, competent, professional service.

About 11 p.m. Sunday night I discovered that my 20 year old garage door opening system failed. By the next day, Monday at 2:30 p.m. I had a brand new system completely installed and functioning perfectly. I had expected that I would have to raise and close the garage door manually for at least a week before I could successfully get an appointment and have the work done. Carlos Barragan is the hero of this story. He was skilled, efficient and thorough in his workmanship, he explained and demonstrated how the system works and answered my questions, he left no trash behind, and he was friendly. At the end of a potentially depressing event my heart was singing the praises of Precision and Carlos Barragan!

Called for an appointment early on Sat and was given a window of 10-12 when the tech would arrive. Garage door wasn't opening smoothly. Carlos B called at 9:00 and said he could be there in 15 minutes. Great-bonus points. He examined my garage door and gave me all my options form doing maintenance to a complete repair. Since the system was 12 years old, I opted for the entirely new system with the lifetime warranty. He had it fixed in his 2 hour window, got the door running smoothly and quietly plus programmed both of the doors so I can use the new remote. Extra bonus points! He cleared all the trash. Great tech with excellent customer service. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I was referred to Precision by the previous home owners. I called and Carlos was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I had to completely replace my entire garage unit that was 16 years old. He even found broken on the old unit that could of been life threatening. He had all of the parts and even the motor with him and installed everything brand new in 2 hours. He was so nice and professional. I am very please with the service I received today!! Garage door Stopped working so I made a call to Precision because that’s who installed the garage door 12 years ago. Talked to the receptionist, she was very nice, casual but professional. She arranged to have somebody come out the same day and within three hours, Carlos was at my door. Because of the age in my garage doors are insulated so they were fairly heavy they didn’t have the strength to close it anymore. Carlos how do unit on his truck that he can replace the garage door opener While he was at my house. Another hour and he was finished new sensors wall openers garage door motor unit everything the new rails the whole unit. Very nice gentleman and I would Highly recommend Precision to anybody that needs them. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should the need ever arise
