Called for an appointment early on Sat and was given a window of 10-12 when the tech would arrive. Garage door wasn't opening smoothly. Carlos B called at 9:00 and said he could be there in 15 minutes. Great-bonus points. He examined my garage door and gave me all my options form doing maintenance to a complete repair. Since the system was 12 years old, I opted for the entirely new system with the lifetime warranty. He had it fixed in his 2 hour window, got the door running smoothly and quietly plus programmed both of the doors so I can use the new remote. Extra bonus points! He cleared all the trash. Great tech with excellent customer service. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I was referred to Precision by the previous home owners. I called and Carlos was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I had to completely replace my entire garage unit that was 16 years old. He even found broken on the old unit that could of been life threatening. Garage door Stopped working so I made a call to Precision because that’s who installed the garage door 12 years ago. Talked to the receptionist, she was very nice, casual but professional. She arranged to have somebody come out the same day and within three hours, Carlos was at my door. Because of the age in my garage doors are insulated so they were fairly heavy they didn’t have the strength to close it anymore. Carlos how do unit on his truck that he can replace the garage door opener While he was at my house. Another hour and he was finished new sensors wall openers garage door motor unit everything the new rails the whole unit. Very nice gentleman and I would Highly recommend Precision to anybody that needs them. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should the need ever arise

We noticed one of our two garage doors (purchased from PDS about 10 months ago) was making some "new" noise. A call to the dealer got us an appointment the very next day, which surprised us. Carlos was my installer. Our appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. but Carlos called to ask if he could come sooner which was perfect for us. He tested my old LiftMaster screw drive unit and determined that is was not repairable due to age and the difficulty in getting parts. He showed me the broken pieces which were causing the unit to fail. Even though the motor still worked, the connection to the screw drive was the problem. He suggested replacing my unit with either a belt drive or a chain drive. He gave me a $100 discount if I purchased the unit he had on the truck. He worked quickly to remove and replace the opener. After he was done, he reprogramed my remote to work from my new car but my older car could not be programed with the new unit. He was polite and patient explaining all the features of the new unit. It was more than I was expecting to pay, but since my unit could not be repaired, replacement was necessary. Good job, Carlos!
