I've seen the ads on TV of course, but was 100% convinced to go with your company when the home inspector said he'd used your company before and you did a good job for him. The immediate availability of an appointment was a definite selling point! I just bought a new house and the garage door just wasn't working right - the motor burned out two days after I moved in (not unexpected), so the motor was replaced, new springs put on since we had no idea how old they were, and the technician cleaned all the moving parts on the door - wheels, hinges, the whole works. He just did a complete and thorough job and now the door opens smoothly and so quietly! It's wonderful. I feel safer and more secure now, for sure.

We had a problem with our garage door opener that was discovered on a Sunday afternoon. Called Precision that day and the appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon. We were given a time of between 2 and 4 pm and told that the technician would call to let us know he was on the way. Carlos (really terrific..professional, courteous and knowledgeable) called about 1pm to let us know he was running earlier than expected and was it convenient for him to come to us in the next 15 minutes. He arrived, looked at the problem and had it repaired within 20 minutes. Cannot say enough positive things about Carlos and Precision Door Service. Definitely will use them again when the need arises
