Wow! Amazing service. Our service tech came out on a Sunday - no extra charge and was just as polite and knowledgeable as could be. We choose Precision after seeing the great reviews online. From the moment we called at 11 p.m. on a Friday we received great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Our technician Bill was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to inform me of his status and once here he explained everything and provided options with no pressure. Although our home was his last call of the day, he never made it seem like he was in a hurry to finish. He repaired the garage door and then showed me the repairs he had made. Our garage door is the quietest we have ever heard it thanks to the awesome work. Thank you so much Bill for the awesome work and service. We would definitely utilize your services in the future.

WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door. After a quick inspection of my garage door and an explanation of how the spring/hardware broke (over 12 years old), he was off and repairing. Less than an hour later, my garage door was up and running!!! I can't tell you how easy, professional and super friendly Jose is. I'd give you a gazillion stars if possible! Thanks so much Precision/Jose - You are forever in my Garage Repair file for any future needs!!
