The service provided by Bill Weier was outstanding. Although he was not able to complete the shop on his 1st day, he was out early the next morning to ensure all repairs were done and done timely. Although I was not hoping to spend so much right before Christmas, I feel confident the repairs that were done will last for a long time. He was very professional.

Jose did a great job at my house replacing our garage door openers. To get to my appointment on time, he came in early for his shift to cover for someone else who was out sick. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me, in person and to my husband on the phone. My new garage door openers are so quiet and the keyless entry is a huge plus. I'm happy with this company and would recommend them in the future.

I chose Precision because I was told over the phone your trained techs would have everything they need to repair or replace my garage door motor on their truck. I am a new mom and really needed my door fixed asap. The techs were great but they only had a $500 unit on their truck. I think your techs should have more then one option for replacement. I purchased the unit and the tech was great that was here. I just wish I could have replaced my unit with a less expensive option.

Brent checked out the whole system and replaced the circuit board, Tuesday 11/26/13... The brand new Precision Garage door controller failed immediately after your installer, Jose, left, Friday afternoon, 11/22/13. Malfunctions do happen, but it would have been better if it had happened early during the week. You took care of it and I am satisfied.
