Rated them a 5 because able to come next day, courteous over phone, called ahead of time on day of appointment to let me know technician on the way, technician was friendly, informative & helpful. Suggested ways to increase life of garage door but not pushy with selling. I would definitely call them again if I have any more garage door repairs.

After coming home to a broken garage door spring, I found your company on the internet and called to schedule an appointment. My first contact was with Ashley, who was helpful and professional. She got me on the schedule for the next morning (a Saturday). She was very good about sending a confirmation email and staying in touch as to when the serviceman would arrive. My service technician, Dean, was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He got my door operational right away, and when I needed a special part he even came back on his day off to finish the job! I will definitely use this company again and not hesitate to refer to my friends.

The four star rating is due to the fact that when I initially called on a saturday evening, I was told that a technician would be coming out and was then disappointed to receive a call telling me that they made a mistake and can't send anyone out until Tuesday because the technicians only come up to the Victorville area on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A five star rating is for the technician Jose Perea. He showed up on time and was quick to fix the broken cable. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm 100% satisfied with the job Jose did. Thank you!
