He explained which options he believed were the best ones as well as the ones that would work, barring proper use and maintenance. I believe Dan to be an asset to any company who employs him. Dennis' day (Sunday) had already been tedious and arduous, he nevertheless presnnted himself well groomed and persisted in being anxious to solve my problem; knowledgeable and showed it with pre-plans, and preceded to unravel the problem. He conducted a 'class' for me...in every move he made by explaining the 'what' and 'how' with germane rationale.
