Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. Also my new opener has a lifetime guarantee except for the the electronics.

We originally had some repair work done by another company. Within 2 months the door was broken again. Dave came out quickly diagnosed the reason the previous repair work did not hold up. He replaced an entire panel and spring to make the door work correctly. He did so quickly and without any inconvenience to our family. I highly recommend his services.

Call was for a broken spring, but after reviewing the options with your technician Mark Belsamo, I decided to do the complete replacement of part. Mark was there within the time agreed upon and did a professional and clean job. His trainee Josh was very polite and helpful to Mark.

His assessment of the damage needed to be repaired was honest, frankly stated, with examples shown of where the exact damage to my garage door system was located. We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.

It is such a drag having the garage door suddenly stop working! On Angie's List recommendation we called Precision Door Service at 4PM. It was a good call, our appointment (which could have been that night) was scheduled for the very next day. Technician Brent arrived on time, inspected garage door and opener, explained nature of the problem and offered two options, with prices included.
