They installed a new door with all new hardware about a year ago, but everytime it went up and down it was super loud. I called them and they were able to have a guy out at the time that worked for me. They fixed the issue no questions asked. Great door, Great service! Will use them for all my garage door needs! I called at 1:00PM to place a service call to have my overhead doors "tuned up". Tech "Bill" was at my home at 300PM! Bill did a great job of pointing out his concerns. He reccomended an overhaul of each door as they are on the verge of failing completely. I apprecitated his professional attitude and attention to detail. Great job Bill!

Called for an appointment and within an hour of my initial call, Technician Jose arrived.. He was extremely professional and friendly and very thorough in explaining the problem. I called Precision late Friday and reprted that my cables had jumped off the spindle. The young lady listen to my concerns and stated that a repairman would be out the next moring. The repairman (Lance) arrived during the time Precision said he would. Did a quick assessment of my garage he asured me that he could fix the broken cables. Very professional, a fair price with a one year warranty. on a scale of 1-5, Precision gets a "5" Plus they have military discounts.
