I would like to rate the service your company provided to our family. The safety of our family was in jeopardy since we couldn't fully close our garage door. You response was prompt. I was given an ETA of 8:00-10:00 a.m. and your technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He called me at 7:45 to say he was on his way and would be arriving at approximately 8:00 a.m. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would like to congratulate you for having such professional and competent staff. I would gladly recommend your company to my family and friends.

LOVE the way you send an e-mail reminder and when Bill came, he showed his badge. We consider you a 1st Class Operation. Jose did a great job at my house replacing our garage door openers. To get to my appointment on time, he came in early for his shift to cover for someone else who was out sick. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me, in person and to my husband on the phone. My new garage door openers are so quiet and the keyless entry is a huge plus. I'm happy with this company and would recommend them in the future.
