Found your web page using Google search on Internet and close the Menifee. Deeply appreciated Gary working us in on his already heavy Friday schedule. Gary professionally replaced our bent long door rod (my own definition, probably not the correct technical term), weakened lower grade springs that had been putting a strain on our opener motor, and rewound the cable that had come unwound from off the rotor when the door hit a cardboard tube blown into the path of the closing door. Lesson I learned the hard was, never place a cardboard tube adjacent to door tracks that could allow the wind to blow the tube into the path of the closing door. Door is now perfectly balanced, with a much lower load of our opener motor. Gary precisely adding just the right amount of torque to the springs, calculating the correct amount of turns he needed to add to the springs, using a known good math formula that takes into account the length of the cables, height of the door, and circumference of the cable rotors. Impressed when Gary also politely helped my neighbor that ran to ask for help, at no additional pay. So nice when a garage door professional turns out to be a really nice guy, and a fellow Marine Veteran, that also has served our country. :-)

Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. Also my new opener has a lifetime guarantee except for the the electronics.

Even though Josh was not the person originally scheduled for a repair quote, he arrived on time, he proved himself to be very efficient, was extremely courteous and very ready to answer my many questions. He gave me a tutorial/demonstration on garage door maintenance; the first I have ever received of that quality. I was so impressed with his knowledge that my husband and I had him replace the springs, cables, rollers, etc., on the spot. We now have a garage door that does not do gymnastics as it closes and is so much quieter.
