Call was for a broken spring, but after reviewing the options with your technician Mark Belsamo, I decided to do the complete replacement of part. Mark was there within the time agreed upon and did a professional and clean job. His trainee Josh was very polite and helpful to Mark.

Jose was an awesome technician loved the fact that he was prompt for the appointment. I really wanted to get a cost estimate after talking on the phone earlier in the day. Once I met Jose he was very professional great personality I knew your company was going to earn my business. I truly have to say in all the years Iâ??ve dealt with a lot of different companies for various types of work at my house but with an employee like Jose and the standard your company set made it very easy for me to make my decision. These guy's are on top of things. I called for an estimate they came out the next day. Then two day's later they are coming to fix my garage door. VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. EVERY STEP WAS EXPLAINED AND JOSE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL HE MADE EXTRA ADJUSTMENTS TO CONFIRM OUR GARAGE DOOR WAS WORKING LIKE NEW. THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION WAS SUCH A COMFORT BECAUSE OUR GARAGE DOOR HAD BEEN IMPROPERLY SERVICED BY ANOTHER COMPANY ONE MONTH PRIOR AND THAT COMPANY WAS NOT ANSWERING OUR CALLS TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. Jose arrived at my home two hours before the estimated time of arrival given to me. This was an indication of the ultra-professional service that was to be provided by him. His assessment of the damage needed to be repaired was honest, frankly stated, with examples shown of where the exact damage to my garage door system was located. His knowledge allowing an explanation of the repair work to be stated in simple terms for me to understand, and his ability to both provide and complete an extensive repair to my system within one hour of his arrival was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone as a service repairman.

Mr. White was a very professional, knowledgeable, courteous service technician. He explained the repairs, the type of parts needed, the warranty. We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. Hi, I just want to say how pleased I am with your service. Dave came out to replace my broken spring, and after a thorough inspection he showed me the other parts that needed replacement. I went with the middle package that included springs, end bearings, center bearing, and rollers. My door is now quieter, smoother, and safer than it's ever been. Fortunately, there was no major problem with my garage door other than it failed to remain closed occasionally. David made a overall inspection to determine what caused the malfunction. He provided me with a check list of suggested repairs/replacements. Mr. White was prompt,pleasant, personable and professional. Jose was great and explained everything well. I thought the bottom seal should be included. the extra $80 seemed extreem. $880.00 is so expensive. The new garage doors are advertised less than that and it includes everything.

Jose was awesome..he took his time to make sure it was the correct springs even after he already finished installing it. I wouldn't have known the difference if they were the right springs or not but he went ahead and took everything off and put in the correct springs. I am very satisfied with Jose's work and would definitely give them a call for any future garage related issues.

It is such a drag having the garage door suddenly stop working! On Angie's List recommendation we called Precision Door Service at 4PM. It was a good call, our appointment (which could have been that night) was scheduled for the very next day. Technician Brent arrived on time, inspected garage door and opener, explained nature of the problem and offered two options, with prices included. Recieved a quote to have 3 garage doors installed replacing old original wood doors. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helped me understand doors, door openers and what my options were. My budgeted estimate was about $600.00 MORE than the offer he made. He included upgrades to all the doors and a lifetime warrenty for the doors and parts. The service was excellent and the scheduling of the replacments was done within a week. Excellent service.

My garage door was not functioning and my car was stuck in the garage. I went on line looking for a company to repair the door. I called several companies and none of them would come to Barstow, except for Precision. The call was scheduled for later, but the technician finished the prior job early, and called to see if he could come earlier. That was great because I needed to get my car out. Precision was the best.

We originally had some repair work done by another company. Within 2 months the door was broken again. Dave came out quickly diagnosed the reason the previous repair work did not hold up. He replaced an entire panel and spring to make the door work correctly. He did so quickly and without any inconvenience to our family. I highly recommend his services.
