Jose did a great job at my house replacing our garage door openers. To get to my appointment on time, he came in early for his shift to cover for someone else who was out sick. He was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me, in person and to my husband on the phone. My new garage door openers are so quiet and the keyless entry is a huge plus. I'm happy with this company and would recommend them in the future.

Jose Perea was a top notch technician that made sure everything was done the best & made sure I was completely happy with everything. I chose Precision because I was told over the phone your trained techs would have everything they need to repair or replace my garage door motor on their truck. I am a new mom and really needed my door fixed asap. The techs were great but they only had a $500 unit on their truck. I think your techs should have more then one option for replacement. I purchased the unit and the tech was great that was here. I just wish I could have replaced my unit with a less expensive option.

Really liked service repairman. Very friendly, and excellent in explaining the different options there were to fix my garage door. I didn't feel pressured into choosing the more expensive solution.The way he explained it made the most sense. He has excellent customer service skills! Brent checked out the whole system and replaced the circuit board, Tuesday 11/26/13... The brand new Precision Garage door controller failed immediately after your installer, Jose, left, Friday afternoon, 11/22/13. Malfunctions do happen, but it would have been better if it had happened early during the week. You took care of it and I am satisfied.

They came on Wednesday. Charged 50 percent down. Instead of the manditory 10 percent. After the down payment was made. He told me someone will be in touch for install date. Here it is two days later and no-one has called yet.

Found Precision on internet - website very informative & had a lot of positive reviews. Rated them a 5 because able to come next day, courteous over phone, called ahead of time on day of appointment to let me know technician on the way, technician was friendly, informative & helpful. Suggested ways to increase life of garage door but not pushy with selling. I would definitely call them again if I have any more garage door repairs.

After coming home to a broken garage door spring, I found your company on the internet and called to schedule an appointment. My first contact was with Ashley, who was helpful and professional. She got me on the schedule for the next morning (a Saturday). She was very good about sending a confirmation email and staying in touch as to when the serviceman would arrive. My service technician, Dean, was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He got my door operational right away, and when I needed a special part he even came back on his day off to finish the job! I will definitely use this company again and not hesitate to refer to my friends.
