I found Precision Door Service in my local yellow pages. My husband was having trouble with his single door opening so I called Precision they came within the four hour window block that had been given to me. My technician was Jose as soon as he saw the door he knew what the problem was, very simple a rake was blocking the sensor. He told me there would be no charge and he would be on his way, but feeling guilty for my stupidity I asked if he would please check out the doors anyway to avoid future problems. He kindly checked the doors out and explained that I had the wrong springs on my door and showed me the problem. He did tell me that I could burn out the motor in the future and that I would then have a problem. So being he was already here and to avoid future issues I asked him to please correct the problem. He had all the parts fixed the springs on both my doors greased the tracks now my doors work just fine and are much more quiet when raising them up. I will be sure to recommend Precision Doors to friends and I will call them again if I ever have a garage door problem again. It is so awesome to see that there are honest professionals out there you just need to know where to find them. There e-mail system and site was very easy to navigate and very informative. Jose Perea came originally to repair garage door enough to be able to close it until new one arrived. He was prompt, on time and very professional. Primarily chose Precision because it was late on a Friday afternoon when my garage door 'broke.' The technician who came to repair it that evening was prompt and efficient and repaired it enough to close. When the technician came to install my new garage door and opener, again - prompt and efficient and was only there for 2 hours and I appreciate the clean-up of debris after installation. Both technicians were courteous and respectful.

We previously used a different Precision franchise in Las Vegas when we lived there, and were highly satisfied with every facet of our transaction. When our garage door spring broke today, we knew to immediately look online for our nearest Precision Garage Door office. We were given a four hour window of arrival starting approximately three hours after our call for service. To our satisfaction, our technician, Jose, arrived very punctually at the start of that time window! He was wonderful; he quickly gave us an estimate with multiple options for our repair. Once we made our decision, he promptly set to work and completed the project within 30 minutes. During the repair, he was very careful while maneuvering around our vehicle (still parked in the garage), and was even so courteous as to warn about loud noises possibly bothering our toddler. All around, we were very impressed by Jose's professionalism, timely arrival, speedy repair, and friendly demeanor. We would welcome him back to perform other needed repairs if/when they arise. Garage door was replaced 3 mos. ago. The sound of the roll up garage door did not sound right when it rolled up. The light of the door opener did not go off. Was called to check out the problem. Mark did the service. He changed the hinges and advice to spray every six months to prevent from squeaking and the loud sound when opening the garage door.

Bill was informative and helpful besides being honest and a nice guy. He did the evaluation and I believe Mark will come out tomorrow to correct the installation he did of the new door. It is an inch too narrow and is letting in spiders, hot air, etc. The remote also quit working which is apparently a factory issue that perhaps should be communicated to any customers that have the product as you can. All in All I will use you again and recommend you too!

Right in the middle of moving a brand new couch into our house(109 degrees out) the spring on our garage door broke and the door would not open! It was 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon! I said I would call to have it fixed and my husband said "it's a Sunday and almost 5pm nobody is working!" I googled garage door repair in Temecula and saw the Facebook Promotion Precision Door was having and decided to give them a call! I am So glad I did! Dean was here within an hour! He was very friendly and knowledgeable on many types of doors, springs and even gave us recommendations if we should ever need a new opener! It was a tough job and very hot about 100 degrees in our garage! He did not let that stop him, he went right to work and made sure the job was done right! He said our door was about 500lbs and would need the biggest springs he had! I will definitely request him again if needed and recommend him and precision door to friends and neighbors!
