Very pleased with the total package. You kept us informed as to when the tech would arrive etc. When Josh arrived he was pleasant and went about the job like a pro. Answered the questions that I had in a satisfactory manner. If we need assistance again regarding the garage door I will call you and hopefully get Josh.

I chose Precision because their technicians are certified, and Precision is a member of the BBB. My Garage door spring was broken and Jose repaired it efficiently and double and tripled checked to make sure that the garage worked appropriately after he had finished his work. Jose showed me the parts that I currently had on my garage in comparison to the ones that he was going to replace and there was a vast difference (i.e old parts were plastic new ones by Precision were heavier metal).

From my initial call to customer service rep who took my call and the technician who serviced my garage door, I am pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and to a great job done. Jose did a great job, professional and on time. He clearly explained what was wrong, what was needed and made recommendations without pressure or a sales pitch. Totally professional, courteous and a job done quickly yet done right. I selected your company based on location closest to my home. I needed a broken garage door spring repaired. Mark Balsamo called prior to arriving to let me know when to expect him, and was ready to get right to work. He explained the inspection he was going to do, then explained the options for the repair, all in an easy to understand way. He did a great job and got the work done in the time he said it would take him to complete the job. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repair.

On Wednesday morning,7.24.13, I called Precicion to have my garage door repaired. They set an appointment for between 4 and 6 that evening. At about 2:30 Jose called and asked if he could come at 3:30 as he was running ahead of schedule. I told him I could meet him about 3:45 and he said that would be fine. When I arrived home at 3:35 he was waiting for me. He looked at my door and explained exactly what the problem was and what he would recommend to fix it, which was new springs, cables, side bearings and a center bearing. He was able to make the the repairs, under difficult conditions (limited space and extreme heat) in about an 1 1/2 hrs. He was very courteous and professional. The door now works like new. I would highly recommend Precision and Jose to anyone who has a door problem.

My appointment was for 12pm to 2pm. Jose arrived right at 12 and identified the problem. He gave me options the available to me and I chose to purchase the new garage door opener. Although the price was higher than I hoped to pay, the quality of the product and the warranty led me to make the purchase. Jose installed the opener quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He explained how everything works and was very pleasant and professional during the process. The product works perfectly and is as quiet as Jose promised. Very happy with the experience.

Jose was fast and knowledgeable. He got my garage door problem fixed in about 30 minutes. After having dealt with the problem for a while and attempting to fix it myself, I finally surrendered and called for assistance. Good call on my part because now it works great. Thanks for the assistance. Tell Jose I hope he can get weekends off now.
