No Receit given to me when I asked; Mark trying to sell me garage door policies at $600.and $800.or more! Said I have no warranty for $225. work! Taking advantage of a Senior Citizen which I will report! I had a new overhead system put in less than 2 years ago and now just paid $225. without a warranty!
I spoke with Mrs. Frank who had received her receipt by this time. I discussed the work we did and extended her a 2 yr warranty on the springs we install. She was very appreciative, saying "it brought a smile to her face", and I sent a new receipt showing the warranty. I appreciated her review since it gave me a second opportunity to gain a satisfied customer.

I received 3 repair bids from local companies and Precision was in the middle. What helped me with my decision was how helpful their office staff was. I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape. My door works and sounds as it did the first day it was installed. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I paid Precision

Your BBB accreditation seal was a big reason for contacting you; also read the reviews of previous users of your repair service in our Riverside area. Jose telephoned ahead of time, as promised, arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave us some options. We needed new springs and rollers and a drum and some wheels He performed the repair quickly, efficiently. The door is functioning smoothly & quietly. Better than new (which was 17 years ago). He is more than able and professional, he is also straightforward and very personable. We are highly satisfied. Thanks very much.

Dean provided WOW! customer service! He needed a part to fix my opener and didn't have one on his truck.( This was on a Friday afternoon.) He said he could come back on Monday to finish the repair. Sensing my disappointment, he called around, found the part, PICKED IT UP ! and finished the repair. He was so understanding of the fact that I was concerned about an unsecure garage over the weekend. I'd call that WOW customer service. Thank you so much!

I had Precision install new cables and springs on my garage door ,was not to happy with the cost from the phone quote .At this point I sent in a rather harsh review and after a talk with Kevin( the owners son ) it was a matter of communication between the pricing with the girl answering and myself. The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. Lance arrived on time and ready to work. He was thorough and was finished in the time he said it would take to repair the garage door. He explained what he would replace and what it would cost up front. I would absolutely go with Precision again! Unfortunately the electricity was turned off because work was being done in the area and we couldn't test the door, but Lance said if we had ANY problem he would come back to address it.
