Dean showed up on time. He was polite, professional assessed the problem gave me the price and then completed the job in less than one hour. I appreciated the time that Dean took to explain what was wrong and his solution to the problem. He was at my home for about one hour. He did not leave until he was positive that the door operated well. All and all a fantastic job. Thank you Dean.

Yesterday, my garage opener stopped working...I immediately called for repair since it was recently installed....Jose called me ahead of time before arrival & immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Jose told me that there's was no charge for the dispatch service call & that me feel at ease. He was able to fixed the issue by replacing the motor module & sensors. Jose was very courteous & professional & would love to have that kind of service again if problem arise. Jose was professional and called ahead of time to notify me Of his approximate arrival time. Once Jose took a look at the door he did not go into any Sales pitch which was a plus I knew where the problem was and He told me my options of which I chose the median only due to budget concern because this was a last minute malfunction. He replaced the springs and cable and balanced the door and It worked even better than before where I had to assist the door open at times. I would recommend precision to any and all of My friends and family. Even same day service. For me all around Best experience. When I remodel the garage I will be giving precision a call!

I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . I really was not to happy.thank you.

By the time I spoke with Mrs. Trousas she had the receipt but was concerned that she had not gotten credit for a coupon she had. I explained to her that the first technician was hung up on the job prior to hers, which she understood. However, I apologized for the following morning, as that was not handled appropriately by the first technician, but it has been addressed with the technician. I had new door and opener installed. Staff was able to make a quick appointment. Mike came out soon thereafter and was knowledgeable for best selection. After quoting he was able to move on his price, which is always a plus for me because it saved me the time of having to get more quotes. And, I'm assuming prospective customers will read this. This being the case, be sure to ask for Johnny their installer. I was very happy with him. The guy has installation down to a science, which makes for a quality job and quick in and out. A pro job. Plus he has a polite personality. I'm happy with the work and service and would recommend.

Second choice on the internet. first choice could not get here until tomorrow. Much more expensive than I was expecting. The service was more than the twice the cost of the original door 24 years ago. The young man doing the service was very efficient it seemed. He was also very polite. I am pleased with the work. $ouch!

Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. Then, this Sunday, when the door would not stay closed, we contacted you again, and Brent was the one who responded. He explained that the door opener cog had broken, and that it was time to replace it. We opted to do that, and are super impressed with how quiet the new opener is, and with all the added features the opener provides that our old one didn

Solid experience with Jose, he did a good job in selling me the complete repair on my Garage door. All I had was a Spring that had broken, but the door is already 10 years old and it was a good Idea to protect my investment with that lifetime guarantee, and that is what sealed the deal.
