Brent Bassett did an outstanding job in identifying the major problem with the garage door, gave me a very good deal on price quote with lifetime warranty for parts and labor. He has repaired and replaced the broken garage door spring with sturdy materials within 45 minutes. The door now runs and closes very smoothly both electrically and manually. I am extremely satisfied with his very prompt and superior customer service especially arriving on time at 0800 am) and has completed the repair before 0900 am. I strongly recommend Brent to all customers to fix your broken garage door in an expeditious and professional manner. Have a great weekend!

The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. The fact that we didn't show up on Friday night was our scheduling mistake...the technician did not realize this call was scheduled. Our process is to call ahead of time to let the customer know the time of arrival but the tech had no knowledge of the call. My apology to Mr. Allan. This is the 2nd time that Jose has come out. I am very pleased with him and with his service. He repaired a problem that another company caused. The electric eyes were in the wrong place and did not respond they way that they should have.

Made an appointment expressing that I most likely needed a replacement garage door opener. I never received any calls prior to appointment, detailing what my options were or what was available. Technician showed up without any openers available. He stated that they were currently out of doors, yet the installation price would increase if I were to provide my own. I asked him to check on the availability of a door opener, and call me back to set up an install. I never received any call back after over a week.

So far I'm fairly impressed with this company. Technician was competent, friendly, and presentable. Getting all three of these isn't easy from a service company. Tech was very helpful on explaining what was wrong. We have had the door serviced and just need the motor to be installed next. Positive experience.
