Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door Tuesday afternoon, and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Precision. A repairman was here the next morning at 8:10, and brought all the necessary parts with him the first time, and was finished repairing our door in 1 hour. VERY prompt service!

Primarily chose Precision because it was late on a Friday afternoon when my garage door 'broke.' The technician who came to repair it that evening was prompt and efficient and repaired it enough to close. When the technician came to install my new garage door and opener, again - prompt and efficient and was only there for 2 hours and I appreciate the clean-up of debris after installation. Both technicians were courteous and respectful.

We previously used a different Precision franchise in Las Vegas when we lived there, and were highly satisfied with every facet of our transaction. When our garage door spring broke today, we knew to immediately look online for our nearest Precision Garage Door office. We were given a four hour window of arrival starting approximately three hours after our call for service. To our satisfaction, our technician, Jose, arrived very punctually at the start of that time window! He was wonderful; he quickly gave us an estimate with multiple options for our repair. Once we made our decision, he promptly set to work and completed the project within 30 minutes. During the repair, he was very careful while maneuvering around our vehicle (still parked in the garage), and was even so courteous as to warn about loud noises possibly bothering our toddler. All around, we were very impressed by Jose's professionalism, timely arrival, speedy repair, and friendly demeanor. We would welcome him back to perform other needed repairs if/when they arise.
