I called for spring and cable replacement for a two car roll up garage door.iIwas told it would cost $225.00 over the phone and when the Tec arrived he said it is $390.00 and to make me feel better he now would give me bigger springs for this price. I have been a licensed contractor for 39 years and never have run into such foul business practice. As I call around the first price is right in the ball park and at the time I needed the door opened so I could take out my truck, in other words I now had no choice to call another install Co. Very foul practice,I realize they will delete this review however it will be on Yelp and filed with better business. This review isn't just about the money it's about the way they do business. The installer was a really good guy he should be working for a honest company. As for the big springs the $390 price was for the little springs,littler than what I had and as i bitched of the price I was given the big springs for the same cost. If I wanted big I can afford it however the little ones lasted 25 plus years. The problem hear is being deceived. I never complain the damage is done except for you people that will do business with them....

I am very pleased with the service performed and the operation of my new motor. It is quiet and smooth. I have a home link garage door opener system in both my car and truck. I can not program either to work w/o purchasing an "extender" not originally explained to me. I am awaiting the installation of the extender to use my HomeLink system. Be sure to ask if you have a "HomeLink" system in your vehicle before the technician leaves.

My old door mechanics were very noisy and the door opener wasn't working well. I had the roller and springs replaced and bought new openers, I didn't need a new door. Service was timely and efficient. I just open and shut the garage door and listen to the quiet. Great!

I had called around and got a call back from Precision and really lucked out as the gentleman said he had a tech who had just finished a job and could be at my place in about 20 min. I don't get these kinds of breaks, this made my day as I was unable to leave my house, the garage door would not even close. Jose explained things to me gave me options, I chose and he did a wonderful job and left his work site clean. I recommend this company and Jose. Keep up the good work.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door Tuesday afternoon, and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Precision. A repairman was here the next morning at 8:10, and brought all the necessary parts with him the first time, and was finished repairing our door in 1 hour. VERY prompt service!
