WOW! After my garage door spring snapped in half tonight (6:00pm) I found Precision Door Service online and was impressed with the online reviews (of course you can't believe everything you read, right?) I immediately called hoping to get someone to come out within 24 hours...the receptionist was very kind and asked if she could put me on hold...only to find out she would have someone out to me within the hour! 20 minutes later, Technician JOSE was at my door. After a quick inspection of my garage door and an explanation of how the spring/hardware broke (over 12 years old), he was off and repairing. Less than an hour later, my garage door was up and running!!! I can't tell you how easy, professional and super friendly Jose is. I'd give you a gazillion stars if possible! Thanks so much Precision/Jose - You are forever in my Garage Repair file for any future needs!!

I would like to rate the service your company provided to our family. The safety of our family was in jeopardy since we couldn't fully close our garage door. You response was prompt. I was given an ETA of 8:00-10:00 a.m. and your technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He called me at 7:45 to say he was on his way and would be arriving at approximately 8:00 a.m. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would like to congratulate you for having such professional and competent staff. I would gladly recommend your company to my family and friends.
