I am VERY, VERY satisfied with my most recent service experience with Precision! Jose Perea and his very helpful assistant came out and were very professional! After accessing what needed to be replaced they both began to quickly work on my door. They both replaced the needed items and serviced the door and checked it for proper operation. After they were done the door now operates like it is brand NEW! I was very impressed with the quality of work they both did. I am so happy I am a returning customer and I definitely recommend their services! Thanks again for the excellent customer service! I will ALWAYS continue to use them.

Fantastic service. Arrived at the time indicated and received a call when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was great; he showed me how several of my garage door parts were worn out, had a broken spring, etc. Since I was unhappy with the model the previous homeowner installed, I went for the whole thing and replaced the whole opener. Work was completed in timely manner and very professional. Prices are competitive as well. highly recommend Precision.

Precision Garage Door was the second garage door repair company to come to my home; they should have been the first. My home warranty company sent another business to resolve my garage door issue--twice. Each visit was a complete waste of time, as they looked for every excuse NOT to help or resolve the problem (but they had no issues collecting the fee). Precision Garage Door saved the day! Immediately, I was super impressed with technician Bill Weier. He listened to me (incredible), he assessed the problem and resolved the issue--in one day! I was so happy and extremely satisfied with the service I received. Bill was highly professional, knowledgeable, funny and committed to providing the best customer service ever! Thank you Bill. I will only use Precision Garage Door in the future.

My door broke about 1:00 pm labor day the tech was here in one hour took about 1 1/2 hrs. The service and the tech were five star. the reason for four stars was the cost. $250 for two hrs, counting travel and a ten dollar bracket is high. But like I said it was labor day and the service was great.

I am sorry that you feel that way. In some cases our prices are higher and others lower. We always endeavor to fix your door right the first time. Additionally we use the best parts, not the standard ones. We are certain that our work will last substantially longer than the average repair.

All I can say is WOW! What a great company to deal with. I was a tad scared of the fine print on the Amazon Local order page that said, 'Subject to scheduling availability' and 'valid for 90 days.' I have been scammed on this type of order before, but decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! I called for scheduling on Saturday afternoon and was set up for an appointment Sunday morning. The tech called ahead so I could give him access instructions and showed up on time. He fully diagnosed my door issues and had the door fully serviced with new rollers in an hour. It's now 100% quieter and working like it's supposed to. I'm VERY happy with this company and the service man Bill who was prompt and professional.

I am very impressed by the way you do business. I was surprised to get an email announcing the technician's arrival time along with pictures of your staff for verification! Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!
