We didn’t have any outright issues but he explained what was taking place with the auto release when the power was out at our home. He serviced and lubricated everything on our garage door. I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.

Very satisfied with the installation of my new garage door opener. I opted for the Lift Master door opener and couldn't be happier. Very quiet motor. I was having trouble with my garage door and called precision for the first time after installing a little over a year ago. Michelle was very kind and patient and was able to book me an appointment the next morning. Ivan was promptly at my door right on time this morning and was very helpful and patient in explaining what was going on with my system, as I had several questions. I ended up going with the tune up for the garage door. He even helped me reset my password, while being careful not to be exposed to the passcode, as I'm not very tech savvy. I would definitely recommend!!

He got everything worked out in about an hour and a half or so, and in 105 degree weather. We can recommend Precision -- and Ivan -- wholeheartedly and without reservation.
