Michelle was very kind and patient and was able to book me an appointment the next morning. Ivan was promptly at my door right on time this morning and was very helpful and patient in explaining what was going on with my system, as I had several questions. I ended up going with the tune up for the garage door. He even helped me reset my password, while being careful not to be exposed to the passcode, as I'm not very tech savvy. LONG STORY SHORT, THE GAL ON THE PHONE I TALKED TO DIDNT TELL ME THINGS THAT THE INSTALLER TOLD ME. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH.
