From the minute I called started to receive emails with the status of my call, Ivan called me and said he will be at my house in 15 minutes and he dis just that. He informed me about the issue and said that it was up to me if I wanted to replace everything else. I said yes let’s do the whole thing. Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.
