He is a proud father of two & enjoys spending time with his children with activities & new adventures. He loves home improvement projects, and working with others on theirs. Ivan is a diehard Raiders & Dodgers Fan & loves to talk about them. Ivan is a very friendly guy, loves to meet new people, & brings that to every customer he meets.

I was extremely happy with the service I actually upgraded to the lifetime warranty which replaced all the working parts. No more worries about a broken garage door!

I had the springs earrings and the motor replaced. From the minute I called started to receive emails with the status of my call, Ivan called me and said he will be at my house in 15 minutes and he dis just that. He informed me about the issue and said that it was up to me if I wanted to replace everything else. I said yes let’s do the whole thing. Ivan was very professional and polite he told me the job was going to take around three hours. He finished sooner. I highly recommend Precision and Ivan.

Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
