Dear Don, We were grateful to have Dean repair the broken spring on our garage door in a quick and efficient manner. My concern is that I was not given any indication when I called to request a service call that the cost would be so high. I was told that the springs would be $80 to $199 each. And that the techs' trucks were stocked. Dean began by telling us of the great deal you were offering to upgrade our hardware as a bundle for $799 with a lifetime guarantee. My husband and I nearly fainted. We had no idea that replacing a broken spring would cost so much. When I told him we couldn't afford to do that he said he had two on his truck at the $149 price range. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income, I believe that customers should be given an idea what the job might cost. Dean conducted himself in a very professional manner and explained what he was doing throughout the repair.

I spoke with Mrs. Reynoso and thanked her for letting us know of her concern. I also explained to her that it is difficult to give somewhat an accurate "guestimate" of what the final costs would be until we can inspect the door system. However, due to this review we are reviewing our pricing practices over the phone to assure that we are being as above board as we can without the benefit of the inspection.

I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . I really was not to happy.thank you.

By the time I spoke with Mrs. Trousas she had the receipt but was concerned that she had not gotten credit for a coupon she had. I explained to her that the first technician was hung up on the job prior to hers, which she understood. However, I apologized for the following morning, as that was not handled appropriately by the first technician, but it has been addressed with the technician. I would like to rate the service your company provided to our family. The safety of our family was in jeopardy since we couldn't fully close our garage door. You response was prompt. I was given an ETA of 8:00-10:00 a.m. and your technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He called me at 7:45 to say he was on his way and would be arriving at approximately 8:00 a.m. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction.
