Your technician was professional and thorough. He made an attempt to repair the opener explaining that unfortunately it had burned out by the improper functioning of the mechanism over a period of time. He installed the new opener after obtaining my ok and explained everything to my satisfaction. I am pleased with my new garage doors opening with the greatest of ease.

Hi, I just want to say how pleased I am with your service. Dave came out to replace my broken spring, and after a thorough inspection he showed me the other parts that needed replacement. I went with the middle package that included springs, end bearings, center bearing, and rollers. My door is now quieter, smoother, and safer than it's ever been.
