His prior career path was in the pharmaceutical industry. Dean's hobby is rebuilding classic cars...his technical skills are a real asset in servicing your garage door system. The garage door Spirng broke on a Sunday, and after placing a call, the technician arrived at our home withi the next hour! Very courteous and walked me through the repair process and completed the job quickly. Defiantly would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent Technicians...the openers had problems 24hrs after being installed. The motor on one of the gagrge did not work well. The second tech forgot to program the outsider key pads.. So I am left waiting. Both technicians were courteous and friendly..Not sure when all thiw will be resolved?????

I was very impressed with the quick service on a Sunday. The technician was very pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the cost of the repair. After completing some research on garage door spring repairs, I found that I paid $100-$200 more than the average. This puts a person in a precarious situation when you rely so heavily on your garage door.

The service I received from Precision Garage Doors was terrific! The technician, Dean Laurenson, called me to let me know that I was next on his schedule. He arrived as promised, dressed in the uniform, and clearly identifying himself. He was courteous and friendly, and, while being an engaging conversationalist, stuck to his task not wasting time. The company worked with me to make paying for the job easier. If given the opportunity, I will happily recommend Precision Garage Doors to friends/family.

Had my garage door repaired back in 2010 and all parts were under warranty by the same company. Two tech's arrived at my door in less than 24 hrs. They were able to diagnosis the issue and in less than 35 mins they had installed new drums, cables and resolved my issue. They also fixed the gap at the bottom of the door. They only charged a small labor fee which I was more than happy to pay. Great service and a lifetime warranty on parts. Thanks again...

Garage door was replaced 3 mos. ago. The sound of the roll up garage door did not sound right when it rolled up. The light of the door opener did not go off. Was called to check out the problem. Mark did the service. He changed the hinges and advice to spray every six months to prevent from squeaking and the loud sound when opening the garage door.

Right in the middle of moving a brand new couch into our house(109 degrees out) the spring on our garage door broke and the door would not open! It was 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon! I said I would call to have it fixed and my husband said "it's a Sunday and almost 5pm nobody is working!" I googled garage door repair in Temecula and saw the Facebook Promotion Precision Door was having and decided to give them a call! I am So glad I did! Dean was here within an hour! He was very friendly and knowledgeable on many types of doors, springs and even gave us recommendations if we should ever need a new opener! It was a tough job and very hot about 100 degrees in our garage! He did not let that stop him, he went right to work and made sure the job was done right! He said our door was about 500lbs and would need the biggest springs he had! I will definitely request him again if needed and recommend him and precision door to friends and neighbors! We had a emergency with our garage door not opening at all. Dean Laurenson was about to come over and save the day on a Sunday (opening football game lol) He replaced springs and cables in such a timely manner on top was very professional and we would recommend him and Precision to others and definitely will keep them for future work. Oh My God! I called this company and they came to my home the same day. The garage door specialist name was Dean and he was a very kind, informative, and very professional person. He changed the motor and the drive quickly and then he lubricated the door hinges. This is unbelievable!!! I had had Mesa Garage Doors do a little job for me and they charged me more money that it cost to replace the motor. I will never use Mesa again and I really would recommend this company to anybody out there looking for honest work done on their home. Thanks Dean!!!

I was also impressed when I got the email confirming our appointment with pictures of the technicians. Thank you for sending Cody to repair the garage door for us. It was a pleasure to meet him as he was friendly and courteous as well as on time for the appointment. They did a great job. Tech was on time, friendly, and dressed appropriate. Professional evaluation,gave several options without pressuring. Advised me of all aspects of the job and cleaned up after. I have nothing negative about my expirence. I appreciated the lifetime warranty on all the moving parts. However, I was provided with nothing in writing at the time. I was told it will come in my email but haven't seen it yet. I assume I will get it but I like to see things in writing before giving my money. That was the only problem I had. I think if you have time to send this my receipt could have also been sent at the same time

Impressive…I was just talking to Dean that it is sad that company’s now a days just want to get in and get out and just charge you an arm and a leg. You don’t get companies that really get to know the customer. Dean took the time to talk and he really explained all my options of the garage, how long it’s been up and him just educating me on everything slowly not just doing a hard sale on me. He gave me options with the reasons behind it and I truly appreciate that. Find it rare to find good employees anymore; you are lucky to have him. He was very genuine and sincere; he stands behind your company. Thank you for sending him, like I told him I would refer him in a heart beat to everyone I know.
