Once the technician arrived the work was done in a timely manner. I'm disappointed with the scheduling for repairs. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time the Tech arrived 6 hours after the scheduled time and spend over 4 hours installing a motor and didn't finish until almost 1 am. Today i was scheduled between 10 and 12. The Tech didn't arrive until about 3:30. Your company did call to say he would be late. Apparently you don't give your Tech enough time to do their work.

Thank you very much for your input sir. We value it since many times we don't know your concerns until you review us. I've investigated this last call and found that your call was on a technician's schedule that fell ill and we had to add you another technician's schedule, and it was a parrticularly busy day. We certainly do apologize to you for this. Arriving on time is certainly one of our priorities and we will continue striving to do that. Don Taylor
