Our experience with Frankie and Jose the technicians that came to our home were great at getting it diagnosed and issues which we were having with the garage motor was old and replaced it. I'm not happy with the service provided to me that night. The problem never got fixed but the technicians are charging me $189.95. I don't want to pay $189.95 so the guy dropped down to $89.95. How can you charge your customers if the problem never gets fixed?

Thank you for your prompt and professional support. Lubricated existing garage door rollers and replaced rubber weather strip than had become brittle and broken. A bit too expensive for scope of work and time spent.
