"Li" Perez, the technician came by this morning to service one of our garage doors. He arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. He immediately identified the problem and provided me with options to fully repair my garage door. We choose the purchase and installation of a new "LiftMaster" # 84501. It comes with a life-time warranty and new LED lights. "Li" installed it within 1 hour and my wife and I are very happy with with his workman ship and the high quality of the "LiftMaster". Only giving one star so I can write this review. Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. I wonder how many people they con in a day. Not worth it, save your money.

This is the worst retail experience of my life! We had a garage emergency, called the office who gave us misinformation not once, but three times. When we finally got someone to come out, it took 6 days for the appointment. I paid the amount in full and the day of the install we received a call stating it would be $400 additional to take the old door away. You should be ashamed of yourself for this disgusting and dishonest behavior! I will make a point to share my story on every outlet.

I called Precision after finding it on line and it having an A+ rating with the BBB. I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. We will be installing a new door and opener in the near future and will be using Precision because of Jose's expertise. It's so nice to deal with a company that is honest and customer friendly. The company we used previously was not available so we contacted Precision Door Service of Riverside who service our area in the Temecula Valley. Their reviews are very positive and we can see why. Our technician, Jorge was outstanding - personable, professional and very knowledgeable. Our issues went beyond the opener. He explained what was needed, what was optional but recommended, and pricing. Service was prompt and the work was outstanding. We highly recommend them.

Precision Door Service(s) were referred to me from a neighbor. Appt. was made, Service Technician Jorge Fortanel called within the stated time window and called when 20 minutes. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned. Expectations, Problem Solving, Courtesy, and Professionalism were Noted: One word describes my experience, OUTSTANDING.

Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.

I damaged by garage door Saturday night July 1st and It got fix July 5th. Not because I call Precision Garage Door the next day. I did not know who to call, my friend suggested Precision Garage Door to me today July 5th and within 4 hours it was fixed. Carlos the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He gave me information about my automatic garage door that I did not know about. He gave me options regarding fixing it and replacing it. He was very helpful. I decided to fix it for now. It will be 20 years old next year so I know soon it is going to give out on me. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Thank you for fitting me in Friday afternoon to have my garage door opener repaired. Lee was very professional and was able to find the reason for the opener not working. Your technician Jose Perea was friendly, professional, efficient, and arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He was originally scheduled for a repair but alas the whole garage door opener had to be replaced. I appreciated that he had a few choices in his truck for me to choose from and explained the differences in models and prices. He installed it in a timely manner. I was also happy that they honor their service discount on their stickers that they had left on a previous visit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door service.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I will definitely call and request Carlos and his assistant when I do.
