Mike came in and did a great job, and even explained to me the purpose of two springs on my insulated two door garage, door versus the one. I should have had two to begin with and if I had, probably would have not needed a repair. Fair quote and work done in about 1 hour & 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping appointment time. You guys got the job, because you followed up in the morining with a phone call along with Mike being on time allowed me to continue my schedule without obstacles (like a broken garage door). Thanks Mike for fixing our door. I'm sure the new owners of this house will appreciate that they have new springs(extended life) and a safe garage door. Mariano.

I had a problem with my garage door that needed to be repaired. The service technician diagnosed the problem and told me he needed to order a part. The part only took a few days to arrive but the technician did not show up on two different occasions to install the part and overall my garage door was down over 9 days waiting to be fixed.
After speaking with Mr. Perez, I found that the return visit was not set up on the technician's schedule as it should have been. As a result, the technician was scheduled in other areas of the market that was not in close proximity of the customers address. This was a training issue...the return call should always be set up at the initial service call, which insures the technician's return on a timely basis. We appreciate all responses, good and not so good. The "not so goods" alerts us to areas of needed improvement.
