Once the technician arrived the work was done in a timely manner. I'm disappointed with the scheduling for repairs. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time the Tech arrived 6 hours after the scheduled time and spend over 4 hours installing a motor and didn't finish until almost 1 am. Today i was scheduled between 10 and 12. The Tech didn't arrive until about 3:30. Your company did call to say he would be late. Apparently you don't give your Tech enough time to do their work.

We have been checking into replacing our old tilt up garage door and contacted Precision for an estimate. While we haven't decided yet, I will say that the estimate was scheduled quickly Mark came to the house and spent a lot of time not only measuring, but explaining all the ins and outs, ups and downs of garage doors and the mechanisms that move them. Mark was thorough, kind, and very personable. So for this part of the process I would give them the highest rating.

David was very knowledgeable,quite pleasant,and arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The part needed is no longer available from Chamberlain or in the secondary market, so David repaired the existing broken part and was able to adjust the opener and door, and make them perform flawlessly. Mark did a excellent job. He did take a long time to install but the door is more quiet, smooth running, and powerful. I would suggest he vacuum the particulate material he created. My garage is carpeted and I keep it vacuumed. He worked very hard to get it right. Appreciate his exactness.

Jerad arrived right on time, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem I had called about, and also astutely pointed out roller damage that was contibuting to the problem. He rapidly repaired, serviced/adjusted the door and springs, lubricated rollers and track. The door and opener were working quietly when he finished. Jerad is a "gem". I would certainly use him and Precision Door again if necessary. I would like to personally thank Jerad for his 20 years of service to his country!! Outstanding work!!

I was experiencing problems with my garage door; it was loud, squeaky, slow to open, etc. Brent showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, and provided alternatives along with pros and cons to all recommendations. He was friendly, courteous, professional, completed all work in the time he described. In addition, he programed/set everything up including the â??Homelinkâ?? features in both my cars. There are not too many people in the service industry of this caliber.
