After hearing one of the garage door springs unwind around 3:00 P. M. I went to the garage to find it was broken and the door would not lift up. After looking online for door repair companies I called Precision and was initially told no one would be available until between 8 and 12 P. M. When I told the call taker the door would not raise and y car was stuck inside she was able to schedule a technician to come between 4 and 8. When Jose arrived he was very courteous and professional. He examined my problem and thoroughly explained all my repair options. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He then explained how to properly maintain the springs between calls for normal maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone connected with this company.

Solid experience with Jose, he did a good job in selling me the complete repair on my Garage door. All I had was a Spring that had broken, but the door is already 10 years old and it was a good Idea to protect my investment with that lifetime guarantee, and that is what sealed the deal. Very satisfied with the work order. Didn't know what caused poping noise when the garage would open, but Jose spot it right away after manually opening it. It turns out the cable in the back was catching onto one of the side edges. If that problem did not get fix right away, over time the cable will get cut like the last time and will cause to springs on the top to snap as well due to the tension being released. Had the same company replaced the springs, cables, and rollers a few months ago but it didn't have the poping noise after it was installed and nothing was noticeable back then. Glad i had it looked. I would rely on this company again for any future work order.

Yesterday, my garage opener stopped working...I immediately called for repair since it was recently installed....Jose called me ahead of time before arrival & immediately started trouble shooting the problem. Jose told me that there's was no charge for the dispatch service call & that me feel at ease. He was able to fixed the issue by replacing the motor module & sensors. Jose was very courteous & professional & would love to have that kind of service again if problem arise. Jose was professional and called ahead of time to notify me Of his approximate arrival time. Once Jose took a look at the door he did not go into any Sales pitch which was a plus I knew where the problem was and He told me my options of which I chose the median only due to budget concern because this was a last minute malfunction. He replaced the springs and cable and balanced the door and It worked even better than before where I had to assist the door open at times. I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . Second choice on the internet. first choice could not get here until tomorrow. Much more expensive than I was expecting. The service was more than the twice the cost of the original door 24 years ago. The young man doing the service was very efficient it seemed. He was also very polite. I had new door and opener installed. Staff was able to make a quick appointment. Mike came out soon thereafter and was knowledgeable for best selection. After quoting he was able to move on his price, which is always a plus for me because it saved me the time of having to get more quotes. And, I'm assuming prospective customers will read this. This being the case, be sure to ask for Johnny their installer. I was very happy with him. The guy has installation down to a science, which makes for a quality job and quick in and out. A pro job. Plus he has a polite personality. I'm happy with the work and service and would recommend.

Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered.
