Mr.Jose Perea was a responsible Technician, he called first to let us know that his coming. He performed full inspection, explain every details and give some suggestions. He did an excellent job. A fast and friendly person. The price is a little expensive but hope lifetime warranty can save us more money after changing everything.

I was extremely impressed with Bill's commitment to service and professionalism. He arrived promptly, performed a full inspection and replaced both springs. Afterwards he realized the door was not balanced and needed a larger spring. He could have just left the regular springs on and took off, I would have never known. But he explained the door was not balanced. So he took off one of the news springs and installed a heavier spring and made sure the door worked properly. All for the same price. He even greased the opener mechanism and did not charge me. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices are all over the internet. But, integrity and character like that cannot be bought. When I need any garage door service in the future I will call Precision and specifically request Bill as the technician. Jerry - Norco, CA

I want to thank Lance for the fast and professional service he provided in repairing my garage door. His honesty was refreshing and I felt he truly cared about resolving my problem the best way he could and wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. I also very much appreciated the email confirmation I received and the fact that Precision has photos and bios of their technicians on their website. I don't normally give 5 stars on any review but I felt that Precision and Lance earned the 5 stars. Lance's Bios states that's he is people oriented and he most certainly is. I will be using Precision in all my Garage Door needs in the future and will be referring Precision to all my friends and family. Lance, thank you again for providing excellent customer service. Quoted one price over the phone and when the tech came out, the price was double the high end of the price quoted over the phone. Totally overpriced. Go with someone else.

One thing I demand in my business dealings is "professionalism" and Precision was well represented in that area by your technician Cody. It is employee's like Cody that will secure the Precision name and take you to the next step. I say this primarily because while it was not cost effective to make the required purchase to repair, we parted ways as if I had just spent a thousand dollars. I will remember Precision and will be happy to recommend if the occassion presents itself.
