After speaking with Mr. Perez, I found that the return visit was not set up on the technician's schedule as it should have been. As a result, the technician was scheduled in other areas of the market that was not in close proximity of the customers address. This was a training issue...the return call should always be set up at the initial service call, which insures the technician's return on a timely basis. We appreciate all responses, good and not so good. The "not so goods" alerts us to areas of needed improvement.

Definately a five star garage door opener installation. Very professional, I would recommend your servives to anyone needing garage door repair or maintenance. The technician was an excellent representative of your company, his job/product knowledge is excellent, he was very neat, well mannered and he provided easily understandable equipment operation instructions.

I called Precision because my garage door springs had broken. Sherman was my technician and he was phenominal. He was extremely polite and very professional. He explained everything he was fixing/working on and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. Very courteous technician. No nonsense, went straight to the problem. Was very patient in dealing with the fact that I was the tenant and not the landlord. He took care of servicing the garage door and lubricating all parts that needed cleaning and made very good suggestions. Made all the necessary adjustments to ensure the life of the garage door. I had a problem with my garage door that needed to be repaired. The service technician diagnosed the problem and told me he needed to order a part. The part only took a few days to arrive but the technician did not show up on two different occasions to install the part and overall my garage door was down over 9 days waiting to be fixed.
